    You can put your lights at the entrance to the same circuit as the turrets so they only come on when you get attacked.
    I tend to use the force field barrier walls on the same circuit as the turrets when using missile turrets as the dont get damaged so no need to constantly repair them.
    Also the self destruct alerts are where you get your aditional breakthroughs from.

    build bot teams to raid the whole map of its carbon
    5 battlebots to clear them all,
    5 harvest bots to mine them all
    let your drones collect it
    dont go faffin about with survival kits and halfway houses, the above method works like a breeze since you can draft the droids and que up tasks

    Mate, use walls instead of defense fences. They're taller. Or, can use complete "wall-blocks" which technically a heightened house base.

    I like the build, and the direction.
    This is an odd complaint about the mod.
    The combat mechs are fine but the double cannons really bother me for an odd reason, namely It looks like WW2 technology. Specifically accuracy through volley fire. I personally would have had one barrel and what looked like a targeting sensor in place of the second gun so that it looks like the mech can reach out and accurately hit the target. As is it looks like the accuracy is reliant on the "MK1 eyeball."
