Rosatom has working SMRs for quite some times now, good job. Where i live we only hear how they will do SMRs some day in the future, like 20+ years Westinghouse needs for each reactor at the time :) I'm fed up with them because my country already had corruption affair when the government wanted exactly 1GW, because no one else than Westinghouse builds them at this power.
We can only compare other Rosatom projects of standart NPPs and they are way cheaper than any other alternative. Also judging by construction time, they are also leaders. And it seems like only Rosatom gives full package - all components, construction, fuel, maintance etc... all being done by Rosatom. Unlike some French nuclear corps)
No. Its government corp and who in their mind will go to NYSE if Russia have its own (not as good ofc) stock exchange. And no, its fully government owned company.

Is that an accurate policy on theological studies and malarkey? Also is there really a such a thing as a "Cyrillic necktie"? If so are you a licenced taylor or fazion designer?
