Yes, the energy levels are discrete. But, for macroscopic objects in the Earth's gravity, they are spaced incredibly closely together. So, no matter what energy you name, there is a quantized energy level at or very nearby. No matter what height you name, you can position an object at that height without noticing any quantization. So we just make the approximation of replacing the quantized Eᵢ energy levels with a continuous gravitational energy mgh.

I could become obsessed and afraid of things at the same moment! Like I’m interested in elevation and how it affects climate, but I’m afraid of inflation and popping noise like some lady trying to do an experiment with the snack bags!
Great explanation, sir!
Thank you!
Isn't Boltzmann distribution applicable for discreet Energies? I mean gravitational energies are continuous then how?

Partial pressure? More like "Perfect videos!" 👍
@@PunmasterSTP Flattery is aporeciated, but can't cover up a weak pun. Partial credit, Mr Punmaster

are you writing backwards or is it camera work
Camera work. Or computer work, actually. Here's more info: th-cam.com/video/YmvJVkyJbLc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=p545y7PXZRe1Vq5_
Yep, Yep, that's what I was going to say. The only part I don't understand is how you write backwards so well.
