How much footage do you end up with for a one minute clip?!
Great video. I just found you and I'm binge watching all you stuff!

Bahaha, this was actually a very minimal shoot. I barely shot any clips at all and was actually worried I wouldn't have enough to work with. I typically end up with much more than I really need!

Sorry for the late reply man. That bridge is on Cherry St. just before you hit the entrance to Cherry Beach.

Kevin, excellent video with the Sony. I like how the exposure and smoothness is executed perfectly. It is not too dark nor too overexposed. May I ask what video settings you use while shooting 4K video into the sunset?
I am trying to make videos shooting into the sunset, but the ground is appearing too dark and the focus breathing is out of control. My setup is the Sony A7iii + 20mm F1.8 FE Lens. If you get a chance I would greatly appreciate if you check out my recent videos and provide HONEST feedback :)

Hi there! In this particular case, I exposed to be able to show just enough of the sky without compromising too much of the foreground (the model and the ground). I shot the nature part in Cine4 and the sunset parts in HLG 3. Everything is shot in manual, but the focus is in auto. The shutter speed was double the frame rate, so in this case because I shot for slow motion, the frame rate was 60fps and the shutter speed was at 125 (because 120 is not available).

I see. Would you recommend to put the aperture as low as possible to capture as much of the ground lighting as possible or is that a bad idea?
