As a Honkai veteran, I can say for certain that Honkai combat style are all about the flashiness and look like a total badass. That's why both Fischl and Keqing need some "buff" when they are going to appear in Honkai.
Subsequently, if there's any Honkai character to appear in Genshin, I 100% sure that those characters will be "nerfed" a lot.

also remember that lightning is actually good in honkai. electro in genshin is easily the worst element. thats why naturally, they get buffed when they get shifted over to honkai from genshin

Simply put, the combat pacing is too different between the two. GI's combat and artifact system focuses mainly on which elements and reactions are being inflicted, to which speed hardly matters.
HI's combat and stigmata system incorporates hit counts, evasion triggers and attack speed among other variables. As such, Fischl (& Keqing's) movesets have to be clocked up or else their presence on the battlefield would be unacceptable.
After watching the development process from the official channel, it is now clear the moveset augments are to allow Fischl to hold her own as a support-type. She may look impressively powerful, but she is far from being gamebreaking.

Yeah but fischl look so much funnier to play in konkai. Just look at the charge shot, she's the first bow user in konkai and she has a better/cooler charge shot than any genshin character.

Honkai is a game of flashy moves, combos and mechanics to learn, meanwhile Genshin is a reaction and elemental game
@@GraveUypo The Honkai Fischl? I don't think increasing your team's electro damage by like 50%+ is worst by any stretch of the definition. She's a pretty strong support for electro teams especially when HoT is one of the top DPS.

I just started to play Honkai because of the upcoming Genshin collab and fell in love with the game immediately. And yes, a Keqing comparison video with her Honkai counterpart would be great.

Its just a parallel between how the games are designed, none of the characters in Genshin can be flashy because they probably end up one shotting them anyway, and I think thats why crossovers are so interesting. It allows Mihoyo to cross interpret designs and design characters to befit.

Some minor things I noticed in the Video
In Honkai Fischls "charged shot" is actually a weapon skill. But since bows are new in this game and Raven ist anywhere to be seen, it could be possible that the weapon skill on bows works kinda like they do on the lances and are character based. Also her plunge attack is called QTE and is basically a unique attack a character does when switched in, if a certain condition is met. In this case its stunning the enemy. One unique thing about Fischl in Honkai is, that she is the first character that is able to trigger her one QTE while on the field.
I am not trying to basch you or something, just to give some advice, because you are new to the game. I myself are LVL 87 and according to the game habe been logged in for 670 days with over 700 hours of playtime 😁
Anyways, this way an awesome video as always and I personally can't wait for Fischl to release on global.
Fun fact: you can use HB or astrologos' qte to teleport to the enemy in coop
It's simple the frame rate for open world game if have pure hack and slash combat will be so high and isn't playable for everyone, that's why Honkai isn't have pure open world map only small map for the fighting, and that's why most of game that's have pure hack and slash mechanics isn't open world, if Genshin have Honkai Combat that's just gonna broke the game for sure if you dont have high end pc

I started to play Honkai around the last week of genshin 1.5 because there was not much to do in genshin and I was blown away at how good honkai is, and I think more genshin players should give it a try!
@Qiqi ii everything was spoiled for me when they turned the fight between Himeko and HoV into an ad I also got spoiled more from other Ads and ultimately just didn't give a crap about the story because it keeps asking for extra recourses to download.
I have played Honkai since some time in 2019 and it's still a lot of fun, the only thing I fear is the toxic mfs coming to the peaceful community.

Just want to point out you missed one thing about Fischl's charged shot in Honkai. There is a weakpoint system too, does an aoe burst and more damage. You see on the last shot at 4:40.

If honkai fischl had the moveset of genshin, then she wouldn’t even be in a tier list, if honkai fischl were to be brought in genshin then it would be too op. Honkai and Genshin are different from each other and different genre. Honkai being mecha hack and slash, while Genshin is an open world, and supposedly a relaxing chill game. Honkai’s moveset excels in visual combat, while Genshin isn’t, and excels in scenery (i think) and exploration (while honkai’s openworld is kind of boring other than apho) not saying ones better than the other, i’m just calling out the differences.
Keep in mind that Honkai storyline is more depressing while Genshin is happy go lucky :)

some people may not like it when the character can't do what it can in the other game. But if you think about it both of those games runs on completely different mechanic. so the attack combo and skills can make sense in the game they collab into.

We need a rework of Fischl's burst to be like in honkai. Right now in Genshin her burst is...there is no burst skill, it's secondary E
No cause then it makes her honkai version less special.
Fishl's burst would be stronger if it literally was a secondary E. Currently her burst takes too long for its low damage

That might hold true to some characters, but when you compare Asukek to the older Battlesuits she ends up quite flashy, mostly because she's built around Bianka's spear/lance gameplay

Forgot to mention that :
- Oz does area multiple attacks when a group member is doing a charged attack (including her)
- Her basics attacks are faster when summoning Oz
- Her ultimate makes enemies to take more lightning damage- Oz can last longer when you have a certain skill and is reseted when using ult
And maybe more but I forgot, longtime didn't check her abilities :V but she is a formidable litghning support 👍
Well you haven't paired Fischl with other supports like AE and FR so that isn't really her playstyle
She can also act as a support for HoT and DJ in abyss

Unlike how constellations work in Genshin, ranking (A to S to SS and finally SSS) also improves upon base stats in Honkai to include adding passive or even active buffs. In comparison, I would say rank B/A would be equivalent to a 4 star in Genshin while S/SS would be 5 star and SSS would be akin to a 6 star if Genshin had this rating.

Ruin guards got you covered for that. And yes, HI3 has ruin guards with the new event which require you to shoot it's weak spots.

Oz in Honkai: The Coach/The Support Character that the Main Character wants to be
Love the video. Only thing is you have a good Pale Flame set and a R5 Harp, would of been nice to see the results of that even if shes usually played as more of a support character. Harps passive hitting multiple targets>Oz. Pflame electro is also a thing and what a lot of dedicated Fischl fans are moving towards. The comparison was awesome though and thanks for highlighting Fischl for once.

Fyi, Honkai Fischl's Active Weapon skill aim mode is to atk on enemie's weakness point for higher dmg which it'd be better to go aim mode instead of instand active weapon skill unless You want to do it quickly
wow this is insane, fischl has been my favorite character since the game came out, my first character to friendship 10 as well; i would love if mihoyo somehow released a sort of 4 star to 5 star ascension at some point and this fischl from honkai was on the table. she looks amazing and so much more fun to play
I’d love to see some Honkai stuff on your channel! I think Honkai’s engine can handle certain things that the Genshin Breath of the Wild style engine cannot. So as far as I see it, Honkai Fischl is probably what the Genshin team wished she was in the game, but the game couldn’t handle that much going on.

Yoooo this is what I'm talking about! I hope you stick with Honkai as well, the game is pretty deep (lore and combat wise) and there's a LOT of QoL aspects in the game right now that make gearing your characters less expensive than Genshin if you want to push into end game/ranked modes

Man you should really get into Honkai, it's a great game and there's really a need for guide makers like you, I couldn't find that many good and updated guides when I started the game during the Eva collab
I started Honkai in February after playing Genshin since launch. I'm now juggling the two games. During down times in one, the other is usually doing something new, and Honkai seems to have a ton of things to do most of the time. It can sometimes be a lot to manage between the two, but both are fun. Each character in Honkai seems to have more layers to their combat compared to Genshin. Hopefully Genshin's combat evolves with time, and we get some of the Honkai Fischl stuff in Genshin! (AR56, CR72)
Would be cool to see a keqing comparison as well!

I'm working on saving my crystals to be able to pull for her weapon and the Genshin stigmata when the event goes live. I would have more crystals saved if I didn't try at least try to get Nyx the recently released character, but I should be fine. I've got a few tickets and they are giving out a decent amount of resources for her leading to and during the event.
I think when they make a character its has tiers of skills made for it. Both 4 star and 5 star skills. But later down the line before the character is release it is determined if it will be a 4 star or 5 star. So, the skills we are seeing in your video may have been designed for Fischl originally but we didn't get them since they made her just a 4 star.

I think most of the differences are that Honkai is more of a fast and competitive game while genshin is casual and relaxing
Upper Abyss floors say otherwise, of course unless you have c6 Ganyu and c6 Zhong Li and C6 Venti and C6 Hu tao and so on...
Most F2Ps can still beat the abyss tho, maybe not 36 stars, but still easily beat it.

Honkai is more frenetic if you want to say it that way, of course you can be a tryhard on genshin and obtain everything and pass everything perfectly, but well, you need more usage of supports on honkai, more switches and faster cycles, you need better gear and better weapons to get a perfect score on memorial arena or abyss
@@imnoobsorryxd9623 I'm not saying Genshin is harder or more competitive than Honkai, since you can literally clear an entire Domain just by pressing one button in Genshin, but come on, if you don't have any decent team and haven't spent tons of money in this game, upper Abyss is no walk in the park, I'm not comparing, I'm just saying that Genshin isn't all rainbows and sunshine and considering the latest news and once the game gets older, it's no doubt going to get much harder as well.

Just wanted to point out that the charged attack in GI is the weapon active in HI3 if you have her signature weapon or basically any bow with a weapon active skill. :)
Actually, I wanna make two precisations:
First of all, Honkai Fischl's "plunge attack" is actually her QTE (which just happens to look alike her GI plunge attack animation)
Second of all, if I'm not mistaken you didn't mention that Honkai Fischl enters "Enhanced mode" after summoning Oz, firing more arrows per hit

For the people who want to play Honkai, please be careful (mostly advice for people who want to get into the meta or play abyss/ma), at around captain lvl 60-80, there really is nothing to do other than abyss and ma, the meta in honkai isn't very forgiving cause its pvp, meaning people who have the character's full set (mostly DPS) will have a higher advantage than f2p, in some cases the characters can't even function without their main set, its either fall into the meta hole or quit
This only applies to people who want to play honkai daily (which will lead them to abyss/ma one way or another), if you don't want honkai to be you main game or just wanna try it out, I recommend just enjoy the characters and story, but even then I recommend you to start now and start grinding

For Fischl I figured it was Gurren Lagann's spiral energy rules, basically she runs off of the rule of cool, and since she wholeheartedly believes her own awesomeness it translates into power.
Ironically if Inazuma trailer's mention of visions being based on one's ambition, this means she's as good as she is in Genshin despite her element for much the same reason.

I would never start Honkai, one gacha is enough.
Yeah one gacha is enough unless you want to feel the pain of being unlucky. Or if you can, try out honkai!! You can skip the gacha banners, there are many f2p gears that can easily make you survive throughout the game, plus many of the characters are free and farmable!
I have 2 gacha games but only focus 1, u can be f2p and never top up and still fun.
Fr, but let me say, on Honkai It's way easier to get most characters, since a lot of them are farmable (even some S ranks - 5 stars - tho it may around 3 or 4 months to unlock one solely with that due to a weekly limit). Characters are cheaper to upgrade too!
It's not enought to reach Abyss meta and stuff, but definitively feels great to have a wide variety of usefull characters to play with and enjoy the game.
To you people who STILL wonders why genshin fischl and keqing doesnt have this flashy attacks and damage. IT'S DIFFERENT GAME DESIGN.
Honkai is a fast paced game and bosses there have millions of HP unlike in genshin, thats why they are so flashy and deals so much damage. So please dont compare them as if they are equal.
they can, at least closer to it if want to. not sure why you bring up HP n dmg cuz it just number that they can adjust to fit in GI world.
