Recently I passed az900 exam through free voucher
As next step i attended to dp900 virtiual training day
And I try to schedule my dp900
Here is a problem
At discount page it is showing az900 voucher instead of dp900
Az900 voucher is expiring in few days
How can I get dp900 voucher that given by events

Is it offer is in India, beacuse i had completed the training and received mail regarding free certificate exam when I check for the discount it wasn't showing the discount coupon and i tired by giving my registered mail id in check eligibility option but it was showing " could not complete benifit eligibility".

It is valid everywhere. Sometimes it can take a little while to reflect in your Microsoft Learn account. If have availed that for all foundation course and not a single time any problems faced. It is very important that you are using the exact mail when you are registering for discount and same email for Microsoft Learn, because they the biggest mistake people do.

Hi Mayur, normally they send a confirmation mail couple of days before your training day. So don't worry. Just once revalidate the email id you have given while registering.

Hi I have attended online training and it was mentioned by them that is takes 5 business after training date to get the voucher. It's been 5 business days and I do not see the discount can you please let me know if it takes more than 5 business days or it is possible that we don't receive it even after attending training??

@Shivam Mishra: Your coupon expires on 30th June, however using that coupon you can choose a data beyond 30 June as well. So go ahead and schedule your exam before it expires.

I finished the registration but at last i didn't get the 100% claim so at last the exam schedule time it shows like pay 3696

Hello @Bhargavi Betha, that is a little strange and looks like a 50% discount. However that is not how it should be because Microsoft has clearly mentioned on their official website about 100% discount.
You can raise it to Microsoft support but before that please make sure that you have followed all the steps as mentioned in the video.
In case it still does not resolve, you can enroll one more time, it will take some extra days, but NO COST.

Seems now Microsoft has stopped free vouchers unless company sponsors

What to put in company name box while registering for event
If you working then put company name else anything, does not matter much. Important is your personal details specially email id

Yes, pick up the fundamental certificate like AZ 900. Get a feel and decide.

@Movies Wovies: No you can use other accounts as well. For example: I use both my personal GMAIL ID and my corporate ID. They work just fine.

@@movieswovies Sometimes it may take 2-3 working days. Don't worry they never miss. Only condition is you have given a validate email sometimes a small typo can ruin things

Hello Srinithy, you can email Microsoft customer service. If unfortunately that does not work you can re register the training with correct name.

@Hermoso: Welcome to "The Tech Blackboard". You can even use the same email to get another voucher that should work. So first try that again. Other option is certainly using another email, however just remember whatever name you provide while registering email address with Microsoft Learn account will also be reflected on your certificates.
@@TheTechBlackBoard is possible even with different email, onVue pearson find that I am going to give the exam with second voucher through my first and last name? Because obviously i will register my real name for the second attempt.
Yes that's the best approach. Always go with real name so when you get you certificate you can really cherish it, after all it's all in name 🙂
I mean that Certiport(onVue Pearson) that conducts the examination find from my first and last name that I have failed the exam with a free voucher. I dont think so though, because Certiport dont lose money from free vouchers, they are paid for them by Microsoft I suppose.

Hi Thenmozhi, yes you will be able to give exam, however your certificate will contain the same wrong name you have given. It's primarily the email id and that must be correct.
Only the certificate will contain the wrong name....then They will not ask us to show the Government ID to check for the name whether it is right or wrong While Taking up the exam?
@@thenmozhir3272 yes Vue checks you before exam and normally won't let you proceed if ID doesnt match what was registered exactly. So try to change it before exam or well, waste of money/voucher. Although you might get lucky and not verified properly, if you're banking on getting the cert with another name.
