Great video, I'm new and attempting to reassemble my movement. 8:27 a part appears over the silver gear. How do you install that?

OH! I'm Sorry firend. The scene is missed during editing...☹ the big silver wheel names is "barrel"(the main spring is in the barrel) and a part over the barrel is the kind of "click spring" to prevent unroll the mainspring. 3:56 is removing click spring from main plate. Assembling is just reverse of it. 😃 Thanks!

Hello, thank you very much for the video. I have the same movement from my grandpa’s watch. Can you tell me what grease you putted on mainspring and mainspring barrel?
For the rest I planned 9010 and hp1300.

Hi, there is some discuss about mainspring lubricating on top and bottom of the mainspring.
Recently, usually use moebius 8200 for "coating" mainspring before put into barrel if you clean the mainspring. And your watch is mostly new, don't clean the mainspring by chemical solution and lubricate mainspring itself, just clean by cloth because almost mainspring had teflon coating from factory.
(In video, I used traditional method of mainspring lubrucating.)
And for the barrel wall of automatic watch, many watchmaker use moebius 8217.

Thank for the answer. I have neither 8200 or 8217. I have 8300 that I use for hand setting.
What is the traditional method you use in the video. As my watch is old I'll give it a try before buying 2 new greases? Thk for your time

@@iguish @iguish 07:48 is traditional method for the mainspring lubricating. Appling 8200 3drops for top and bottom of the mainspring.
Some watchrepairer apply 8200 to coat the mainspring itself before put into barrel. It means no direct lubricating 8200 in barrel.
And always you have to apply break oil(8217) for barrel wall.
In my personal opinion, best is buy 8200 and 8217, but if you can buy only one, 8200 is more useful.

      I started the assembly yesterday.
I'm following the oiling chart of the 6309A as I was not able to find the 6319 one. They said to but Moebius A (which I replaced by 9010) on all the gear train. This seem different that I'm used to do on ETA for example with 9010 on balance, escapement and second wheel and hp1300 on the others. What is your advice?
