Well Mike, I believe I do have a rough track record when it comes to accident reports!🙄 Thanks for the great mention that you and Aaron did. BTW let MBTS know he has a fancy/classy grey hat on the way tomorrow…😀
Good morning sunshine! Thanks for cleaning that back window cuz we can see sooo much better! Lol! Glad the tile plow is working & working better! Great work! Much love from Henderson Ga
Hey Mike, we have a flap door on our plow. You can hear when it flaps shut when the tile runs out and know when to raise the plow. Great job. The dry weather sure helps tiling.
Perseverance is the difference between winning and losing. Congrats on getting this thing back in the field. MBTS is certainly handy to have around for projects like this.
The 850 earned its keep for sure on this one..the start of that first run with the whole dozer shuttering dragging the plow across solid rock was rough.
I'm surprised you were worried about this reconstruction - both worked hard long hours making it stronger - you just did not add a band aid - you rebuilt it. Should last a good few years too. Great to have this relief was written all over your face Dirt Perfect.
A small suggestion while the plow is "new"- paint some thin lines along the bottom edge of the plow mount at 3inch spacings. You can then easily check if the mount has deformed using a tape measure from the first line.
Glad to see the plow doing better than before, all new tools need a revision or two lol. Make you a pigtail off your battery on the little tractor to the tile trailer battery that way while you are using it the alternator on the tractor is keeping both batteries charged and at least you have the reserve of the tractor battery to keep you going
Good morning DP and MBTS very impressed with the 48 hour turn around on the tile plow. The work you guys did is amazing and listening to you guys in the field was exciting. Thanks again!!!!! The 850J seems the best moving faster while plowing. Right?
@@DirtPerfectI like your cap and I know you liked to help out her TH-cam.s but no one takes your,s and letsdig18place you two are the best as far as I am concerned.
Congrats on a successful repair/upgrade to the tile plow. Never doubted you 2 for a second! Bigger, stronger, better than ever. Thanks for sharing DP!!
Really looked like the *MACK* was smiling at the *PLOW* backing off the trailer! The *IDEA & PROCESS* of setting that pipe UNDER GROUND is amazing and at the SMOOTHNESS & SPEED at which it works. Great job *MIKE & AARON* and the *950J* with DUAL PLOWS getting it done! Great video with THANKS!
I just noticed rust on top of the cab of the 850J. Wouldn't be too hard to fix. Glad to know the tile plow is working great. You and MBTS do good work.
(starting out with a short guy joke!) Slick and smooth sailing! Kept waiting for the WT Overature to play! That was a great repair job, no evidence of stress or regrets on connections, what's 1/4"? Another awesome job completed by Dirt Perfect! Aaron, your whining paid off, wear that big boy hat proudly buddy!
It's pretty gosh darn fantastic that you can have a catastrophic failure like that, fix it in a few days and then be back at work. That ability leaves a a lot of other operations in the dust and would make me want to stay with you as a service provider always. A lot of other businesses of all kinds would have had to get someone else for repairs and take longer to be back in action.
Impressive Mike. You & Aaron did an amazing fabri-cobble and welding job of upgrading. Let's hope that plow 2.0 (or is it 3.0 or 4.0? 😁) holds up working super long term.
this has made my day watching that plow slide so smoothly . Great jobs guys and seeing you both HI 5 is just full happiness . Now i have a broken boom on my CAT 345 Exc get here ASAP !! In Kleinburg ON .
when unloading have you considered using a couple wood blocks that are half as thick as trailer to run tracks on to keep from digging plow in. would carry everything and avoid any gouge marks completely.
You should put a 7 pin trailer connector on the tractor and a battery charge controller on the tile cart. That way you will charge the battery while driving it around with the tractor.
Hey Mike run you a two pin back off the tractor to the battery and charge it off of the tractor. If I get time would love to come help you in the future Don
Only through the skill and expertise of The Man behind the scenes could this video be made thanks Aaron for the great mastery of tile installation and supervision of the “help”!!
I am beyond delighted, the plow has been all stages of emotion, shock when you first suggested it, sadness when MBTS missed the first use, happiness to see how it worked, grief when it broke, and ecstatic with plow 2.0 worked
Well guys looks like the plow is stronger then ever and making a turn without help is also a improvement a fantastic accomplishment let’s hope it runs for a long time a great watch as always 👍👋🇨🇦
That little bit of play on the sides might be the ticket why it steers so nice. Once you steer the dozer the plow in the ground doesn’t fight against you. It gives and then follows. At least that is my theory. Nice to see it back at work. The satisfaction from something you build yourself is always great.
Well Mike, I believe I do have a rough track record when it comes to accident reports!🙄 Thanks for the great mention that you and Aaron did. BTW let MBTS know he has a fancy/classy grey hat on the way tomorrow…😀
Sam koodo’s for helping MBTS hat 🧢 great to see u tubers. Sharing merchandise. 👍👋🇨🇦
Lol
I love Aaron, why? Because he doesn’t complain, he’s not a smartass and he works hard!
Good morning sunshine! Thanks for cleaning that back window cuz we can see sooo much better! Lol! Glad the tile plow is working & working better! Great work! Much love from Henderson Ga

Awesome repair on the plow. I'm glad to see MBTS honored his warranty even though DP didn't have his receipt for the previous plow. 😅 great job guys.

Hey Guys the tile plow is performing way above par, you guys worked your butts of to get it fixed but they were all great video's. Job Well Done!!!
, Merry Christmas Happy New Year to all
It's them mix matched cylinders that makes it plow so good
A small suggestion while the plow is "new"- paint some thin lines along the bottom edge of the plow mount at 3inch spacings. You can then easily check if the mount has deformed using a tape measure from the first line.
So, something good came out of it all anyway. Nice job!
Nice tight formation driving with the tile cart. You're the Green Angels.
Howdy Mr. Dirt, Congrat's on your repair! Job well done!! Thumbs up! Stay safe. Jim
Glad to see the plow doing better than before, all new tools need a revision or two lol.

Wow guys, just wow! That 850 pulling through that rock is one mean beast. Great job on the rebuild!!!
Impressive Mike. You & Aaron did an amazing fabri-cobble and welding job of upgrading. Let's hope that plow 2.0 (or is it 3.0 or 4.0? 😁) holds up working super long term.
Good job guys bringing the tile plow back to life and getting it to work better
You and MBTS do an awesome job
this has made my day watching that plow slide so smoothly . Great jobs guys and seeing you both HI 5 is just full happiness . Now i have a broken boom on my CAT 345 Exc get here ASAP !! In Kleinburg ON .
All that effort turned out great.
You weren't only testing the strength of the new steel, you testing the new welds. GREAT JOB!
The chatter as he pulled across the rock in the driveway for sure tested welds and nerves.
Here we have, rebuilt from the wreckage of its former self, heavier, stronger, better! Phoenix, the Tile Plow!
Well done guys!
@ 12:20
Looks like you found a way to get that vibratory plow option so many people say you need.
Just need to drag the boot across some ledge rock. 😉
Lol
Out of the ashes comes a better plow. Y’all killed it. Fantastic team work. 👊👊
Don't ever worry about filming too much tile installation, always awesome!
Settle down now 😂
Alright..! Awesome out come on the repairs & upgrade(s)…
Great video series,
Thank you sir.
Thanks
when unloading have you considered using a couple wood blocks that are half as thick as trailer to run tracks on to keep from digging plow in. would carry everything and avoid any gouge marks completely.
Watch the videos posted of doing just that thanks

On the overhead shot, there are some rust areas on the cab.
You need to get Kevin to come down and touch that up for you 😮
Only through the skill and expertise of The Man behind the scenes could this video be made thanks Aaron for the great mastery of tile installation and supervision of the “help”!!
Great job DP and MBTS.

I like the brute force parts of these plowings. No questions asked, no complaints heard. I just goes in with force.
Mike, you should be very proud to have Aaron as your welder he done a very good job and he has made it the way it should be😂
Congratulations, great repair job

Nice to see it back at work. The satisfaction from something you build yourself is always great.
MBTS, I want your shirt!!!! 👍👍👍👍
Great job guys.
Congrats on a successful rebuild and plow job. That really should help that field. Well done you two.
