Hey Mike, we have a flap door on our plow. You can hear when it flaps shut when the tile runs out and know when to raise the plow. Great job. The dry weather sure helps tiling.
Awesome repair on the plow. I'm glad to see MBTS honored his warranty even though DP didn't have his receipt for the previous plow. 😅 great job guys.

The 850 earned its keep for sure on this one..the start of that first run with the whole dozer shuttering dragging the plow across solid rock was rough.

A small suggestion while the plow is "new"- paint some thin lines along the bottom edge of the plow mount at 3inch spacings. You can then easily check if the mount has deformed using a tape measure from the first line.

It's pretty gosh darn fantastic that you can have a catastrophic failure like that, fix it in a few days and then be back at work. That ability leaves a a lot of other operations in the dust and would make me want to stay with you as a service provider always. A lot of other businesses of all kinds would have had to get someone else for repairs and take longer to be back in action.

Glad to see the plow doing better than before, all new tools need a revision or two lol.
Make you a pigtail off your battery on the little tractor to the tile trailer battery that way while you are using it the alternator on the tractor is keeping both batteries charged and at least you have the reserve of the tractor battery to keep you going

Really looked like the *MACK* was smiling at the *PLOW* backing off the trailer! The *IDEA & PROCESS* of setting that pipe UNDER GROUND is amazing and at the SMOOTHNESS & SPEED at which it works. Great job *MIKE & AARON* and the *950J* with DUAL PLOWS getting it done! Great video with THANKS!

Bravo on a successful repair/upgrade. Ya had me a little worried there at the beginning/scene of the original failure, thought that big rock was gonna get ya again but ya'll outsmarted that rock, way to get it done.
That was pretty cool the way that you used the trackhoe to get that overhead shot at about 43:00 in.👍👍

Yah that road is packed in tight like I mentioned in previous video. That's why I always dig through roads with the excavator saves alot of stress on are plows.
I am beyond delighted, the plow has been all stages of emotion, shock when you first suggested it, sadness when MBTS missed the first use, happiness to see how it worked, grief when it broke, and ecstatic with plow 2.0 worked

when unloading have you considered using a couple wood blocks that are half as thick as trailer to run tracks on to keep from digging plow in. would carry everything and avoid any gouge marks completely.

End cap for the first pipe? Hook a power line up to the tractor with a quick disconnect for use when you use the pipe hauler to keep the battery charged.
Why would I wast a cap and this them pulled by way more then just this tractor

I'm surprised you were worried about this reconstruction - both worked hard long hours making it stronger - you just did not add a band aid - you rebuilt it. Should last a good few years too. Great to have this relief was written all over your face Dirt Perfect.

Have to admit when you first got back out to the site, and started pulling it though the roick, and it started shaking and shuttering, I was a bit worried, but then she came our of it, and you Both made the repairs you did, reenforced it and address the weak points and she is plowing great now, and Love the little chain ladder. Great Job to both You and Aaron for all the work you did in her repairs.! Congrats..
I suggested Matt’s off-road should put you in the off road games.
Another idea for you see about making attachment on front of the doser that would put dirt either side when you need to make a cut to maintain grade
