😂 Finally, I got you. After several years have been working along with my Victor machine then now I know what have caused the string loose it tensions just after I finished the last tie. This work really simple after I find your video. Thanks in advance Buddy. Tomorrow will do my best to my machine as well
Thanks Ewan...I like to take the springs out of the starting clamps to make them easier to open wide. How about my rotational gripper...remove the bottom or just use a shoelace ? Thanks
That was super helpful. God I haven't cleaned it at all and i've been stringing my wife and my racquet for 6 years now. LOL..... Do you need to grease anything?
Glad this helped! It's rare that you need to use lubrication on our machines, and if so very sparingly. If you can let me know what model you own I can be more specific!
@@GAMMASports I just received my gamma x6-fb recently. The fixed clamps aren't as free moving and sometimes they are "hard" to close. What would you recommend?
Hi there - just wondering if I could use Methylated Spirits to do the cleaning rather than alcohol? Thanks - appreciate the video, really great seeing how to do it on video!

Great video. How about a video showing how to refurbish the internal mechanism of the base clamp?

If you really need to do a deep celan, it is better to remove both halves.

That will probably work yes, acetone (nail polish remover) works as well!
@@GAMMASports thanks!
