Honestly black people adopted a lot of the views points of white people such as a superiority complex, wanting credit for every great thing that exist, disliking minorites, etc. Its like how many sons who have a deep hatred for their father ends up being a juat like them, thats whats haopening to the community, becoming a reflection of the very thing it hates: the characteristics within white racist.

The collective self esteem of blacks in America is so low, we have to live in a fantasy world and hold onto moments of greatness that happened 2000 years ago to ignore the reality that we are failing in this country as a group present day. Yes, but to (metaphorically) become a King or Queen takes a HELL of a lot of work and ironically enough...more humility than pride. Pride has to come after you have achieved something. To use pride as a starting point is not only delusional but dangerous. Humility is what allows us to grow. Look at the Asians. They regard humility as the first virtue...which definitely has something to do with them far exceeding all other groups.

We have a history that points to us being greater than what we were told,so even tho we may have some issues these days and No! Not all of us descend from royality but we are better than what we believe. And as for the “we don’t call each other King” statement, speak for yourselves because we in the Caribbean address each other as King n Queens just about all the time and have been for god knows how long.
