Just give it one solid rev, hold it for a split second and as you release the clutch increase your throttle input moderately. Best of success in your up and coming wheele adventure. Also lower your rear PSI to about 20. It’ll increase your contact patch and reduce sideways wobbles.
Gonna start my wheelie learning journey soon myself on my r7 never could do it but i wanna learn so bad lol deff gonna be coming back for more of your vids to see the progress
Bro this is so nice to see, I've been learning with my R7 as well. We literally the same haha, its refreshing to see someone online just practicing like this. I wheelied into some trash cans last weekend though
Hi bro, i have an R7 too, i'm learning too and i believe that i can drop you a couple of advises if you wanna do clutch wheelies, i found "a point" in 2th gea go around 30/40 kmph, pop the clutch, hit almost the rev limiter and drop the clutch with that "configuration" i did some goods for the power wheelies, in 1th gear, go around 5k rpm and give it a solid rev i hope it can help you, greetings from italy :))
another thing, try moving your ass further back but also see if you can use the brakes to conpress the forks so then the forks spring you up when they come back up
this is just how i started as well. it rly is practice at the end of the day but i do have some pointers. 1. I would only rev it once before dumping the clutch. revving it twice is going to make it harder to find that timing to get it up. 2. you'll find its like an ollie on a skateboard there are about 3 main components to getting a wheelie up(throttle, clutch, and body movement) and it will become more and more efficient and easier as you learn the timing. something to think about but better to just work on the basics and get more comfortable before worrying about all that. good luck
Not sure if you're going ro read this or not, but do you live in that area? I o ky ask bc I live in that neighborhood right there and would love to go riding some time!
Good job. I also have a R7, but I’m learning wheelies on my Grom. I got good feedback from stunt riders on my IG about wheelies and they say to rev more like 5-6krpm and then clutch. Good luck man. It’s all about seat time.
try 2nd gear at 20-30 kph, also possible till 60kph but then u have to full throtle it and hold it, pls dont do these 2 revs before ur going up and dont have ur clutch always hold when u do it, just pull the clutch right before the wheelie one time (Im also learned wheelies on a R7, its one of the best sport bikes to do it)
what gear are you in? i woukd reccomend 2nd on the r7 and pull and lean back on the bike when you try and pop it up. also rev it really good when you gonna release the clutch
the double rev is unnecessary (too much work lol). The way I started doing them is riding on 1st gear at about 4-5,000 RPM, keep the throttle there (steady)! and just tap and dump the clutch...Get used to that, and then slowly learn to add more throttle and extend the clutch-in time a little as you add more throttle, then DUMP!! lol
I live in Az too, im only 13 but my dad used to ride like a gxr 1000 and a r1 but he mostly rode in Pennsylvania before moving to here and he said it sucks to ride here i really wanna get a supersport but what is your experience with riding in arizona?
I mean it’s stupid hot as you know. The riding experience I’ve had isn’t that bad at all tbh. Some roads are great to ride on, and some roads are trash to ride on. And obviously people don’t pay attention, but that’s everywhere you go in the world. I’ll say this, as long as you stay vigilant of your surroundings, you’ll always be okay. If your heart says get a motorcycle, then go and get it. Just do your homework and ask your dad for some more advice since he’s got way more experience and can teach you a lot
@@jofara2588 yea thats when my dad got his but hes kind of yk not leaning towards letting me get my bike because of all the crashes and friends that have died so i might have to wait till im 18 too
I’m in second gear when I’m attempting these. I know it’s possible to wheelie those bikes, but i don’t wanna give you some wrong information. I recommend watching a video for that specific bike. Good luck my friend
Try clutch up wheelies throttle up to 1500rpm to 2000rpm and around 10 or 20mph then quickly open throttle and dump clutch after accelerating pull clutch in enough to disengage and let the engine rev to about 6000rpm then quickly release clutch and around 80% and basically keep throttle controlling the wheelie good luck!
Hey man! I am wondering how you got your R7. It's really expensive and I wanna get one but I only have around a year to save cus I wanna get it as soon as I'm 18. Do you have any tips? Should I finance it? Let me know man, nice video! :)
No no no bro.... that throttle twist is so wrong... Find yourself an rpm... i have an r7 so ill suggest 2nd gear and 4k rpm.... use the clutch.. learn the clutch to control up... the brake controls down. But the rev rev dump is not it
Bro no matter how much you suck at wheelies no way its gonna be as bad as my first LMAO *but if you are doing clutch-ups and you feels like you aren't getting it down, you can try loading the forks right before you do. Its a terrible idea though, because it will definitely get your wheel up but if your balance wasn't right you'll just suffer. Better off just practicing clutch-ups. Also I can tell from watching this video already that you are putting way too much weight on your handlebars. If you panic (at some point you will as a new rider) you will absolutely forget to straighten yourself out before you put that wheel down and that's the perfect recipe for a tank slapper (from experience)
Go slower before you pop the wheelie up cuz the r7 ain't super powerful...second of all give it more rpm and keep the rpm high at the same moment you let go of the clutch...also let off the clutch completely don't let it drag slowly
@@EyrassBeyy for example when i just started martial arts i thought i was the best and i was undefeatable cuz i was naturally gifted.. then i had to spar a heavyweight blackbelt because i had to big a mouth on me.. now im the only one terrified of that guy because my guy could kill me
Stop giving it gas like that smh. Control your rpms. Doing all that extra isn’t necessary. It’s one motion with the gas and clutch. Bouncing your rpms like that you’re asking for trouble.

20-35 mph fulll throttle dump the clutch keep on the throttle for a couple of seconds after dumping and then slowly decelerate to lower ur front

Don’t hold the clutch in. Go 2nd at 15-20 mph go about 3/4 throttle and hold the throttle there. Blipping it makes it come up slower and inconsistent.
