‘Rather silly’: Joe Biden ‘determined’ to see through presidential race

United States President Joe Biden remains “extremely determined” to continue in the presidential race, The Australian’s Washington Correspondent Adam Creighton says.
“Clearly he is extremely determined, and he has doubled down massively,” he said.
