    ఆరు రకాల ఎండు విత్తనాలతో ప్రోటీన్ పౌడర్;
    మార్కెట్లో దొరికే ప్రోటీన్ పౌడర్ కన్నా రెట్టింపు బలాన్నిచ్చే ప్రోటీన్ పౌడర్ తయారు చేసుకునే విధానం__
    బాదం 100 గ్రాములు జీడిపప్పు 100 గ్రాములు పిస్తా పప్పు 100 గ్రాములు పుచ్చ గింజలు 100 వందగ్రాములు గుమ్మడి గింజలు 100 గ్రాములు పొద్దుతిరుగుడు గింజలు 100 గ్రాములు వీటిని దోరగా వేయించుకొని పౌడర్ చేసి పెట్టుకో వాలి.
    దీనిలో పంచదారకు బదులుగా ఎండు ఖర్జూరాలు తీసుకొని గింజలను తీసేసి ఎండబెట్టి మిక్సీలో వేయాలి .
    మిక్సీ వేసిన తర్వాత జల్లించాలి. అలా వచ్చిన రజను ను కూడా ఎండబెట్టి మిక్సీలో వేసి జల్లించి మెత్తని పౌడర్ చేసుకోవాలి.
    ఖర్జూరపు పౌడర్ ని అంతకు ముందు వేయించిన పౌడర్ లో కలుపుకుంటే చాలా టేస్టీ గా ఉంటుంది మరియు హై ప్రోటీన్స్ కూడా లభిస్తాయి.

    1. Sunflower seeds
    2. Pista seeds
    3. Cashews
    4. Almonds
    5. Pumpkin seeds
    6. Watermelon seeds
    Roast all ingredients in equal portions.
    Cool the roasted seeds for one day.
    Grind all the seeds in mixie with minimum pulse.
    Add table spoon of dried dates powder and table spoon of cardamom powder for flavour

    Use "7" Table spoons per day for musle growth,weight gain,e.t.c!!! One Table spoon = 14.2 grams so 7 table spoons is equal to 100.1 grams per day... you can add 3 and half table spoons of this powder into milk or juice in the morning and remaining 3 and half spoons in evening section... so that you're consuming 100 grams per day... thank you for the applause Guys 👦???

      No this is only 600 calories per 100 grams. Maybe 600 is not sufficient in the mornings. Have some less breakfast. Balanced food is needed. Even you need carbs to help absorb the fibre into ur system
