My mother-in-law was heavy in this field. But I have collected items since I was 5yrs old. The oldest granny was 115 when she passed. So can you imagine how long I held on to stuff. I'm a blessed 64 yrs old. 59yrs I guess now. Not saying I had these things all this time, but as Grand parents neighbors, friends etc expired, I have collected and saved them.
The music box u thought was a powder box is a powder box I have my grannys and I am ,70 years old .I have my mom's wall pocket that is well over 70years old ..I love going on your trips to the flea markets with u so thx for taking us along..
Glad you bought the $3 metal footed large oval bowl I really loved that one! The gold candle stick holders will look nice with your gold salt and pepper shakers you found not long ago. Be lovely adornments for your Christmas, New Year and Thanksgiving table. Lovely things loved them all.

I love fondue...when married we used to have fondue parties...love anything flow blue, would have bought the tall, cut crystal salt & pepper set, and iris flower pottery wall pocket, and lastly love your idea of making the corbels serve as bookends! All in all loved going with you to this flea market! Wonderfully filmed as is your usual.

They were the ones made to serve the veggies,* *hor d'oeuvres, and stuffed eggs 🥚😋⁉️❣I own those pieces in white milk glass with gold trim - but I didn't know until about 6 months ago that Anchor Hocking also made them in BLUE MILK GLASS and PINK MILK GLASS‼️😁 From my experience here in Minnesota, those were awesome prices and I would have snatched those pieces up so fast...pretty much like the way you latched onto those corbels in a hurry, LOL❣‼️❣🤣 hehehe...*
Realize I'm a little late in posting, but I just found you recently and I'm catching up. I love to watch your videos as I'm sewing. Had to laugh at the "Just hear me out" on the spittoons. I'm old enough that I have a strong olfactory memory of spittoons. My mother cared for my Great Uncle in his older years. He loved Kentucky Twist chewing tobacco and used a spittoon. His eyesight wasn't the best. You get where this is going. Mom would line the hardwood floor under the spittoon and up the wall where it was by his sitting chair. She would then just roll up the top layer of newspaper as it got soiled adding more as the layers got too thin. As you can imagine it smelled like old papers and tobacco spit always. I'm all for flowers in spittoons, but I can't get past the conflicting smell memory and seeing flowers in them myself. Actually good memories. Love these videos.

I love the old antique cloissone vases made of enamel over dark bronze...not as much the mid century pieces made with bright shiny brass. I have some of both, but have decided to only look for the antiques if I increase my collection. Etsy is a great resource for me! I loved the flea tour like always, I think your banana/fruit pedestal was the steal of the day!!!!

I adore L.E. Smith glass. I loved that 3- tier stand with the white plates. Can't get over the prices. Our thrift stores are charging way more than that! Although I did just pick up a stunning German porcelain plate for $2.25 and found out it's worth between $75-100. The depression glass you have to be careful...... so many fakes. Same with pottery like McCoy. Thanks for taking us along!!!! Helps fill my treasure hunting need in between my trips 😏
