Desafortunadamente tenemos que usar cacao en polvo crudo para obtener el color rojo correcto, si usas procesamiento holandés obtendrás un color marrón (lo he probado) 😕
If you use raw puree, you will taste the raw beet (some weird and funny taste). I prefer roasting beets as opposed to boiling because it will brings out the natural sugars during the caramelization process. It makes them richer and sweeter and helps to retain their gorgeous color without any additional work. Hope this helps.

Yes, if you use store-bought Buttermilk, that might affect the color. Kindly use Milk and Apple Cider Vinegar.

Did anyone try? Is the coloir stays red after baked?
Can you I used beet powder? If so, how many grams are suggested?
Beetroot Powder will turn brown when baking and is not suitable for this recipe.
Please use fresh Beets for best results.

Unfortunately for this recipe, that kind of Cacao is important to get the right colour.
You can actually buy online.
You should start channel in Japanese language just using same videos just by adding voice over that way you can earn extra😊.... Just suggestion
