No more Ki Blast Loops thank God. A lot of ppl are actually forced to learn the game now. Still trying to figure out the meta as of rn. We still have ppl trying to break the game and that's not fun lol. Dragon burst dash cost a lot now so you will rarely see it being used unless the opponent is trying to go into instant spark. A lot of characters combos drop off for no reason and its worse than other characters. It really does make them unplayable. If you don't have instant spark, it really does put you at a disadvantage.
