The tone is made out of amp cloning + custom IRs. It produced the original album tone (with my old guitar). After switching guitars I tried tweaking it to go back to original album tone. Lead/Solo tone is heavily inspired by livetone
Hey man, AMAZING covers! I was wondering, how'd you replicate Sodos guitar so closely? I was trying to buy the parts one month ago and desisted cause I'm not sure which strat, Floyd, middle pup, black hardware (bridge, tuners) and what not to chose hahahaha If you could lend a hand I'd super appreciate it!
Sodo uses a white fender amercian performer strat with a custom made neck by a friend of him. It is basically a Paul ferro wood neck in modern C shape Pickups are Seymour Duncan Hotrail, midpickup aswell but since he is not using it he screwed it all the way in. Trem is a shaller Floating one, I went for a Floyd rose but planning on changing :)
@@avendormusic on the mid pickup, on his pics I can see the poles out, as if it was a normal single coil. What do you mean that he screwed it all the way in? That basically he only uses either neck or bridge soloed?
@@danielcasellas In fact I did it with a Jackson Adrian Smith sig. Guitar cause it already comes with Floyd rose, close Neck etc. He adjusted the height of the pickups and put it so low, that it's not bothering him. He only uses neck and bridge pickup (so far. Maybe future songs will include mid but I doubt it)
Amazing cover my friend

You did amazing, I have a question, how do you play the mini solo that does sodo at the beginning of the song?
Can you give me the timestamp?
0:45 @@avendormusic
@@clipsMF It's a trill on the 2nd highest string (b) on fret 1 and 3 and then a trill on the G string fret 0 and 2 :)

Or, at least knowing the neck Radius and FR bridge would help as the rest I can kind of assume. (mid pickups still a mystery as well hahahaha)

@@avendormusic awesome! Tyvm! And in your case did you use a Fender Player or the american performer? What's the radius of your neck?
