Hi I have Gckey user name with password and also I have recovery code but on after login OTP send to my consultant email but he is out of country now and not in contact. Can k login with recovery code?

This I don’t think is possible. I think you can only edit the password but not username
Hi Sasha, i mistakenly created another GCKEY account when i was trying to track my visa. Now i can't log into the old account. And i don't remember the multi factor authentication code i used for the old account. I had an email that i have received some messages but i can't access them because i don't know the authentication code. Please can you assist me. Please 🙏🥺

Hi Sasha,when I click at apply to come to Canada ,then it asks for the personal reference code ,when I put the one they sent it says form cannot be submitted due to error .what should I do?
Just answer the questions again. Scroll down then click on “I do not have a personal reference code” then it will basically ask you a series of questions again then you Should be able to proceed

Hi Sash. Please I mistakenly cleared my GCKEY now I can’t login my application anymore, but my visa has been approved and passport been sent back to me. Just a random question I hope clearing my GCKEY won’t affect my visa?
No but you would need to have access to your GCKey if you want to apply for any other visa in Canada in the future.
What about to do after completing this form I didn't recive any application at my email
This is not an application. This is to set up you account information. You can then log in a the start your application based on what you are interested in
Which one do you recommend using the GC Key or the other option to sign up?

Make sure that you are using a password that meets the requirements (length, characters, symbols etc)
If I get locked out, can I create a new one?
I’d suggest trying to recover you last one first because any application that you had under that user name will be lost. You can create a new one but just try to recover the first one first.
