I'm a traceur myself and I've seen a few of these people training in public, they seem like good people in this video but they're actually a bunch doutch bags who are very disrespectful and unwelcoming. it's such a disgrace that so many just want to show off and be above others rather than share the greatness of simply being in this brotherhood. for this reason my buddies and i stick to the streets since we first started even though there are gyms including this tempest gym near our location. in the end to those of you who care and respect; best wishes and a healthy life.

littlewaniby that's called training parkour doesn't mean you have to be skinny it's just easier to learn.

what camera do you use
The C100 and the A7sii, but I used to shoot videos just like this on the t3i. I've always used a Glidecam and like a 10mm wide angle lens though.

Johnathan miller the first video recording(on youtube) of bottle flipping was in 2006 i think. Bottle flipping just only blew up in 2016
