Very interesting. Keep us posted of this project. I practice permaculture in CA, would like to know more as I am planning on retiring in Nic. and building a permaculture finca.

Hi and thanks for your great channel. In your car buying vid you said you'd do a follow up about paper work. It would be hugely appreciated if you could, and cover the topic of how a non-Nica citizen can buy a car. I have heard you either have to do a private agreement or buy a business, but I've also heard unless you have a RUC you can't buy a car. Lot's of conflicting info. Is it easy and cheap to just buy a business and then buy a car? Thanks again.
