Fantastic command bases both of them . What size bases did you use ? As i have a mega army to finish and like the way you have based them

      Thank you! 40mm x 40mm - specifically Victrix’s plastic bases set 2

@@ThePaintingChap your more than welcome , they look great!!! Also the bases used with the shrubs and grass makes them all look like mini dioramas.

Thanks, I’ve really enjoyed the basing on these ones! What army are you working on?

What is the size of the base ? (and for which game such square bases can be compatible with?)

I think it was 40x40 bases from Victrix (plastic bases 2). I just paint, I don’t play games - so I can’t tell you sadly

@@ThePaintingChap Thank you so much. Did you have issues gluing the minis to the base? Did you base before or after gluing them? (Notably did the glue stick if you glued them after painting the base?)

it’s a bit of a pain, I painted the minis first, then the ground on the strips with a natural ground colour. Then I superglued the second rank down, using vallejo dark mud texture to cover the baking strips, I then glued the third rank behind, ensuring the dark mud covered as much of the gap as possible. Repeat this step for 4th rank and first rank. I’d use the texture mud on the remainder of the base, add rocks where appropriate. Then let dry. I’d then use the pigments and add water effects and finally static grasses

@@ThePaintingChap Super cool thank you. Last question: I can't find the HQ model (first model you are showing with the tent and all) on Cromarty Forge, is it from an other supplier?
