I am high porosity just like you . similar issues just like you. I have been on a natural hair journey for about 14 years and I’ve had many sets back. Now I have to stay consistent with moisture protein balance and the LOC method and seal with grease that’s what’s been helping me maintain the health and slowing down the dryness and breakages. I’m also trying some natural diy hair spray now in the winter season here in the USA . I also need a professional trim, but I don’t trust anyone in my hair.
