I am American and horrified by Harry, won’t even consider calling him a prince. I believe that the queen saw Harry changing for the worst and she knew that he could no longer absorb reality right in front of him she cut him off and told him he was out. that's why she made Meghan sit in the hall and wait while she addressed the situation
I had no sympathy for Harry when he arrived late and alone when the Queen died. She invited him up for a visit and they easily could have made the time, they were nearby and they would have known of her illness and decline. Harry DECIDED his grandmother was not worth disrupting their plans.

The Queen was exemplary and decisive. He can't admit that they couldn't cut the mustard of the demands of Royal Life. I would hate to be in their shoes; bitter, resentful and responsible for the unhappiness and stress of previous loved ones. I would hate to have that burden on my shoulders. As an American and someone who was born and have lived my whole life in California, I am disappointed, disgusted and appalled by the behavior and things that both of them have said and done concerning the late Queen, King Charles and the state of California. The paparazzi in this state is not like it was 25 years ago let alone 5 years ago. Those two are the ones who have called the paparazzi to make sure that they are photographed. The Queen was even kind enough to give them a year to leave the RF before deciding if that's what they truly wanted.
I lost my mother this year. it became clear that she had a chronic disease that would kill her, but she fought it for two years. My siblings and I made every effort to just take care of her (she only wanted us and refused to have us hire a nurse or any help). We, all of us, never argued or caused any undue stress. We just agreed to do what she wanted and what was best for her. After her loss we have still never had an argument, even with settling the estate and all that comes with that, shutting down our family home and choosing to sell it, as our father died 14 years ago and we are all well ensconced in our own homes. No-one wants the big house and the hassle. Our mother wanted us to love each other and we have taken that lesson from her. Harry's self involvement and immaturity is palpable and very sad to this adult. My brother is rather clueless about stupid news. He said he had to watch the Meghan and Harry show with his wife and daughter who is home for Christmas. We were laughing because he said Harry is crazy, who does that? He could not believe a grown man made a television show about fights with his family. Our parents would have sat us down and put a stop to that.

I saw through Meghan’s motives instantly without any knowledge that she was biracial, not that it would have mattered. I also indulged in watching the series Suits and must say that Meghan was irrefutably the most unremarkable character of the entire cast.

harry claimed the late Queen remained silent while his father and brother did the talking but harry's tunnel vision and lack of intellectual elasticity prevented him from realizing that her silence was a clear demonstration of her decision which she designated to Charles and William to carry out. What is unconscionable is that both harry and his wife's ruthless behavior certainly hastened her death. How could a grandson who had such a kind and loving grandmother treat her so horribly and turn on her like that? By criticizing the crown they were criticizing her and everything she worked to build during her 70 year reign. I'm an American too and I totally agree with you. Unfortunately I ran into several people who really like Megan and for the life of me I can't figure out why. The fabulous Queen Elizabeth was quite savvy and tuned in to the gift of being able to accurately read people at a very high level. She was nobody’s fool, no matter family or not. What a person she was. I am so sad that she has passed! She knew Harry’s core personality and temperament; she most certainly understood Meghan’s personality and temperament within 10 seconds of meeting her.
Too many forget how she really was but only those who are willing to know will be enlightened.
The Queen did not like confrontation. She would have allowed Charles and William to do that, but the decision against half-in and half-out was hers and had already been made. Sitting quietly does not mean being either disinterested or helpless. It is a power move which neither Harry or Meghan would be capable.

I am actually truly stunned at just how vicious the Sussexs' have been towards the RF. The thing that makes me furious is they did all this thinking the Queen would be alive to see it. I think what also annoyed them was the Monarchy didn't fall apart when they left. What he is doing is actually treason. So as a member of the Commonwealth, I hope parliament takes away all titles and puts his “price” title in abeyance. I will never call him a Prince again. He wanted to be just Harry so that is what he should be. If a King Ralph situation was ever to happen, I would be the first one to petition my government to pull out of the Commonwealth as that individual will never be my King.

My husband and many I know and family have no interest in being part of the commonwealth, I completely understand how they feel as its irrelevant to us. But I still like Prince William and remember his mother Diana. Being in my 60s I doubt i will live long enough to see William crowned but if Harry was ever thru circumstance to be likely to be king I would be first to sign a petition to leave the commonwealth. But of the 2 the only one i still respect is William. In the commonwealth our attachment with the royal family is vastly different to the UK. We seldom see them; So it a token association based on respect which can quickly be lost and we can remove ourselves. But I do feel sorry for the UK itself putting up with Harrys complaints. Their choice is, if nothing is done by Charles is ditch the monarchy and perhaps miss out on a good King William. Its not that i don't understand Charles predicament. He still loves his son and is worried about his mental health. But He also is King of UK and the commonwealth. He has to decide what is more important to him, and the consequence of those actions.
What Harry has done is unforgivable. I would never accept Harry being back in the royal family so I am stuck in a situation where I don't like Charles, would like William as King, but as things are now will their be a monarchy left for William and his children? Firstly for the UK and secondly for the commonwealth. TBH I no longer care if we remain in the commonwealth personally, but if William was to be King say in next 5-10 years I would prefer to be in the commonwealth. I guess i just don't trust Charles to do the right thing. I only see him as an interim monarch but the damage that can be done in that time could have long term affects not so much for the commonwealth but for the UK itself and that is what worries me. We can leave the commonwealth but Britain is stuck atm . having been called racist by Harry with no way to rectify the situation so waiting on their King to defend them. But will he? If Charles can't deal with it the Parliament must do it and remove all titles and Harrys place in the line of succession. Something has to be done to stop the rot before there is nothing left but only Britain can do it, not us in the commonwealth sadly :(
