Why standing timber, growing crops amd grass are not considered as immovable property? And why things attached to immovable property (like building) consider moveable upto their transfer immovable. If we take the same logic,then growing crops,grass and standing timber should also be considered immovable till they were not detached from the earth. Why benefits to arise out of land is immovable property?
