    Signs of Heat Exhaustion:
    Skin changes: Cool, moist skin with goose bumps, or hot, red, dry, or damp skin
    Cramping: Painful muscle cramps, often in the arms and legs
    Sweating: Heavy sweating
    Other symptoms include:
    Dizziness or confusion
    Fatigue
    Headache
    Nausea and vomiting
    Rapid heartbeat
    Rapid shallow breathing
    Swollen ankles, feet, or hands (heat edema)
    Low blood pressure when standing

    Thanks for the trip and the flower names. What kind of rock? Was it pretty solid?

      No problem! Granite all the way up. The 5th class was on solid rock; everything else was pretty good too with a few loose things here and there. The worst of the chose was on the approach gully, but even that wasn’t too bad

      13h~, if you’re trying to gauge for an upcoming trip, I should add we took some generous rests at the summit and around the lake 1-2hrs total :)
