That is engine oil fill cap. Universal Four and later model usually have oil fill cap there.
What model Nuffield U have ?

Only about 300hp on this video, with old engine and original injection pump with bigger ( 9.5mm ) elements , and only 2.3-2.5bar boost pressure.
Today ( about 2 years ) , he will hawe about 450-460hp ( dyno test 390+ pto power / 940+Nm torgue ) with Bosch P7100 ( 13mm plungers ) injection pump / Holset HX40 and 4.5+ bar boost pressure......
