2 Chefs with a signature burger and they're not making and tasting eachothers burgers for the viewers? People love to see how a restaurant kitchen work. Record a service at Le Rivage or something. That being said, what a chill dude and great episode!
I totally get the thing about expanding the menu potentually beeing a problem. I had a business selling board games, and when I took in other games the total sales went down, while my expenses went up. Focus on what you're good at, refine it, make it even better, then perhaps take some baby steps and try out other things to see if it works out, but don't invest to much
I can see the pre-show now: Brian: "No Frenchy. You have to wear pants today." Paul: "But why......?" Brian: "Because we have company." Paul: "Oh? Who?!" Brian: "Remember the Korean Burger guy...?" Paul: "Oh yeah! I like-a dis! Let me get my pants!" Thanks, as always gents!
Wow, it's lucky he was able to succeed with the restaurant opening right before the pandemic. And don't worry, chef Brian. I've listened to your advice and not bought any sauce. But I do want to know if you sell those Mission hats. That would rock hard in SF
In addition to that peanut butter comment. In philippines, they also use peanut butter in a dish called "kare kare" where the broth is made of peanut butter and the protein is beef tripe, beef intestine, beef skin. so yeah peanut butter can be use in savor dishes 😊
Damn Buzzfeed buzzkill. At least I can watch the missing sengment thanks to Patreon. Sadly finances don't allow me to be a Patron of my favorite stuff nowadays.

Just me, but I am not a big fan of Jae Lee. I'll skip out on this video. Sorry Brian :(.
