Jimbo won with a team he didn't even recruit then was a mediocre coach after that, not sure why everyone wants to move from one mediocre coach to a more expensive mediocre coach

I would love for Jimbo to coach at WVU, but the school can’t afford his regular salary. If he is okay with a pay cut maybe we could work out a deal.
He said a few yrs back he would love to coach at WVU. If he said that I would say he'd be willing to take a pay cut.

Jimbo is not the answer at all. Couldn't win in sec he didn't recruit his national championship players. No pedigree does wvu need an under performing coach. Not an improvement at all.

Jimbo is a much better coach than Neal Brown. Even if Jimbo left after two seasons he could turn the ship at least in the right direction.
Jimbo did in fact have a major part in recruiting his NC players. He was the OC starting in 07 became head coach in 2010.
Jimbo fisher is 🗑️ our fans always want wv boys . I remember having tony Gibson and our fans loved him so much they would rather lose getting 100 pts scored on them than fire him. Same with bill Stewart. Stewart couldn’t even win at vmi he was a special teams coach . Our fans don’t even know how to look for a coach .
For instance brown is stuck in analytics and he likes playing the player that’s been here longer and not starting talent over age . He also has a hard on for Kentucky boys . Even if they are not good he gives them chance after chance instead of putting your best 11 out there . Put your best 11 out there or go coach somewhere else . Flat out

All neal an Jordan has to do is stop being scared conservative predictable in game end decisions. Thats biggest problem i see. Cant tell me Neal dont realize when a team loads box only need 1 1st down to win game an you run 3 plays straight into the loaded box an get stuffed.... Lealie on 2 an 30 10 point lead get a stop an pitt has no time to come back he rushes 3 an a delay blitz players run into each other give up a pretty good coverage touchdown in left corner of endzone. If these clowns would stop there joke lay back predictable conservative coaching would win more games. They lost more then a few games like this though they still coach scared thinking if we lay back we are better off. Just dont understand..

I’d take Jimbo’s under achieving over Neal Browns under achieving. Neal Brown has to go after this season. I’m not pulling for Jimbo as our new coach. I’m ready for a change. Life long mountaineer fan. I just can’t get excited about mountaineer football this season.

Texas A&M has all the money in the world and top shelf recruits…how did he do there? Now put him at wvu with whatever budget we have (it’s not close to Texas a&m)…but still don’t know the answer for how wvu can be part of playoff talks for upcoming years
