As I have been watching TONS and TONS of videos like this I would like to propose an idea: One of the things that I find most useful while watching these videos is when the cursor is "Highlighted".
I know a simple way is in the "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Ease of Access Center\Make the mouse easier to use" options. Even better would be the "Halo" that is often placed around the cursor that I see in some videos. On the user side it makes it much easier to follow along and do the work simultaneously. Great video, I look forward to seeing more of your videos. Thank you. This video has been quite helpful.

thank you, very helpful. But what if the names are all on top of each other and you need to draw a line that points to the name? How do you do that?

I am adding labels but I want them to be in two lines. Is there a way to make two lines for each label?

Hey Anwar, great video! I am having problems with changing labels to annotations. When I do the steps and click apply I get a box saying "overflow annotations" and none of the labels show up. Any help?

How many labels are you converting perhaps it is happening because you have too many? In that case you might have to store in a database as opposed to in the map?
