Keep in mind crime rates have decreased compared to the last few decades. I think you need to revaluate your argument. This is coming from a first generation Canadian with immigrant parents. My family came from nothing, saved everything they made and funded my university. Exclusion will only create problems.

@TheWNMan Toronto (Canada) for that matter relies heavily on an immigrant population. For skilled labour, support for the elderly and add to the growing economy. I agree immigrants are overrepresented in prisions/crime rates, but we have to look at the conditions that make criminal life more appealing. A lot of it has to do with economic status and education (the ability to integrate). These two factors are know to dramatically decrease crime rates.
@TheWNMan There are also other factor, age, sex, single parents are all factors that increase the likely hood of criminal activity. We could also look at the low-middle-high classes that contribute to these shadow economies (drugs and prostitution). Eliminate the market through eduction of the excluded of the effects of drugs and stiffer regulations and you'll greatly reduce these crime rates. (demand for drugs and guns and gangs). They're are cultural aspects that contribute to crime, but

Chinese, Indian and other groups paid their respects. I remember a elderly Sikh man placing flowers at the sene. I preach only peace and love brother.
