I agree with Arnold's hatred for mint, with one exception-when it's with chocolate. like Ghirardelli peppermint bark and Andie's Candies, and also mint chocolate chip ice cream isn't bad. All other uses are a big nope!
I love the trend of making unique intro for new (archon, world or event) quest. This potion event is very confusing at first but when you starts getting hang of it, it become addicting, thriving for the highest score.
We really appreciate the praise and acknowledgment of the intros; thank you! And yeah, this first video, unfortunately, is gonna act as a sort of "tutorial" ground for grasping the concept of the event since it was such a novel concept, but with Acts 2 and 3, I'm locked into becoming the greatest salesman in Teyvat!
This event shows that Arnold could have been a great manager in some retail industry, if he wanted to. Unless of course he loses his mind from constant stress and overtime work and starts mumbling: "I'M THE PRIMORDIAL MINT PICKER. I'VE BEEN PICKING MINT BEFORE IT WAS COOL."
This was my favorite minigame event (that isn't a summer event) in my entire genshin life. Loved that it was back in Mondstadt, that it was super chill, and you got to see a bunch of characters come by!
One, the intro is epic as usual. The event is so chill, I was super proud of myself when I figured out what the Sumeru and Liyue seller advertisements wanted to sell those potions. Like Sumeru was super easy due to prestige and status while Liyue wanted to see exactly what is provided. So I just narrow down to their desired interest. I was locked-in with the event when it comes to making potions, giving the characters my best ones, I never give them my subpar ones. I want to sell everything to my standards, and picking the right bottle and color for me.
We've started editing Natlan content, and I'm SO excited for y'all to see the remaining intros for the 4.6-4.8 content and the Natlan 5.0 Archon Quest intro! Thank you so much for the compliment and kind words on them. The editors seriously appreciate the feedback!
All hail MoB! right when I started my meal, I get the notification. Ah and the intro goes harder than a celestial nail too. And of course the MoB event right here, waiting for your reaction ever since release.
I think for this episode specifically I will be writing a bit of a longer comment but maybe worth reading for Arnold as it's sort of my own "MurderofBirds Impact history". Watched your main channel since rwby reactions from I think when you uploaded them for volume four? And as the drought of rwby content was coming I didn't even know you had a second channel going where you actively do things. From your personality and how fun it is to listen to your voice and your thoughts on things you like, I think I would have looked into it sooner for sure. During the time where you made a genshin comparison in a rwby reaction regarding the fall of atlas, I didnt even play genshin yet so I had no context for what you showed. It was only when a friend streamed exploring this new seirai island area in a discord call, that I asked questions about the game to see if I could like it, and then I started it during the time Aloy was available to claim. Then I took a 6 month break from the game a month after because it was too difficult for me (listen, I'm really just here for exploring, not combat :D and only after the break would I learn to switch sweet madames for a healer in the team and everything got so much better). And after that return I've ever since been in love with the game, also actively trying to figure out what things mean and where it could all go. I explore everything for 100% and keep the achievements all completed as well. I stayed on world level 5 for fear that I couldnt handle WL 7 and 8 all the way until Navia released, and only with her damage output did I dare to increase my world level, jumping all the way up to AR 58. And then only 8 months ago when you uploaded a video about this very event here, with the insanity of the number increasing, is when that found its way to me across youtube and reminded me again, that you have shown something about genshin before, and that there's actually a second channel and oh by the archons are there many videos. So yeah. Since then I've watched your series from episode 1 and also actively followed the new content from the start of fontaine, and I only have some inazuma and most of the sumeru content to catch up on. I don't know if a long comment like this is really worth reading it, but if there's a time and place to be writing it, it's under this event.
This event really hit the nail on the head. The potion making puzzles were clever, and the business model had me hooked in. Also we all know who Beidou’s “friend” is. I think Allegra Clark mentioned she put as much emphasis on that word as she could.
Yeah it was quite overwhelming at first with the incessant tutorials but once you grasp it flows so damn well. I do think it’s the most thought out event in terms of gameplay (it makes sense since it wasn’t a bunch of different mini games like the rest) and yeah really my fav event in terms of gameplay and if we’re helping Mondsatds economy in the meantime great 😂. Dorman Port is around the corner #trust. I used to think they’d release it pre Snezhnaya as a connection to it but yeah kinda doubting that now
@@MurderofBirdsImpact As long as we see them. Others have not posted Nahida's Birthday event, probably due to the timing of the strike. And the even with Citlali is kind of minor so I would not be surprised if others don't so it
@@bladefly18 Not sure who you're referring to, but I always post my content to archon quests, story quests and major event quests, so there shouldn't ever be a worry about that happening on my channel, unless my hard drive dies or something. But yeah, I intend to document and upload my entire playthrough series, so it'll be featured.
I got so addicted to making potions in this event xD. I was planning on doing quests but got sidetracked by the event and ended up spending hours on it instead of catching up on quest backlog. I remember all the time you spent getting maxed out on mint ahaha
I don't know if it was you or another creator but I remember someone mentioning how surprising it was that Albedo wasnt in this event but he was in the Cat event afterwards lol.
I spend such a ungodly amount of time just making potions because its similar to the potion/alchemy making in the Atelier series so I got so addicted 😂❤
I love these kinds of events. I've always been an avid puzzle person (Math was one of my favorite subjects for a reason), so it was great fun. Plus I enjoyed the interactions between the others. Only part I wasn't a huge fan of was the business side (I don't like management games for a reason), but it was still pretty easy overall. I do hope Genshin does something like this again. Like with the recent limited time event with Ororon and Citlali, no surprised that my fav game was the puzzle one lol.
Another banger intro!❤ When Arnold did this live, I was confused about why he still live when I woke up and collecting mint??? After you post the mint maxing part on TH-cam, I see.😂😂😂

Eula + Beidou friendship was something I didn't know I needed but this was cute.
