- We took a trip to the Hamburg, Pa Reptile Show today. It was super crowded so I didn’t get to film as much as usual. Tons of Leachies at this show though!

Thank you for this video! My boyfriend and I live super close to the Hamburg Show and we’re almost always able to go to it but he started a new job where he works every other weekend so it’s nice to be able too see a little bit of it without actually being there! 🙂

I had wanted to have it up last Sunday but life got away from me lol
ive been wanting to go to hamburg all last year and last month. because of covid(and work) ive been putting it off. im glad i didnt go last month. wow it looked packed. in my experience February and June are super packed but i thought restrictions due to covid would be less people. guess not.
either way i am definitely going next month. i havent bought a snake since 2016 and am excited to add one or two to my snake room. i have two retics now and am aiming for a bally python and/or corn snake lol. havent had a small snake since 2008. its exciting.

Definitely a pre COVID crowd, picked up one of the small Rosy Boas, planned on a load of dry goods, no way with that cluster, gonna try to Mid Atlantics new location in Lebanon on the 27 for that stuff
The show was crazy. I got there to open and the line was wrapped around the parking lot. Lots of variety there but way too many people who dont mask up outside.

I was looking out to meet you at the show but it was wayyy too packed and with the mask it made it very hard to recognize people. Picked up a nice redfoot tortoise from turtle farm though!
Nice pickup :) yea we didn’t stay long, it was super hard to see anything and my husband had somewhere else to be so I couldn’t wait for the crowds to die down

Where do you find all these reptile expos I live in CT and I would love to go. I have crested geckos and think I might want a ball python but to be honest I don't know anyone who has one and I've never even handled one so I figured an expo would be a great place to start
