Watching a lot of house tour got me a lot of knowledge and ideas about purchasing realty or building a new one. And this house I think has a unique layout, I'm more into layout actually. Mapapansin mo kasi sa mga houses here, halos same layout. Tips: be more specific also on the quality of the things used in each of every house you are touring. Not just the door, tiles and cabinetry. WOW ang ganda ng bahay and i like the idea of putting the floor plan on screen kasi yung mga area na di nacover during house nakikita mo parin kahit sa plan lang. I was just surprised na walang powder room for guest sa first floor, na kailangan pang gamitin yung bathroom ng first bedroom or yung bathroom sa labas, medyo hassle lang if may guest ka but overall maganda yung property.

Marami na akong napapanood na house tour. Example na jan ang presillo. The price of this house is mahal siya 45M. Siguro kong naka modern wooden stair tapos naka DIY Glass railing tapos modern wood tiles ang ginamit sa ground floor. Okey ma siguro. Wala pang aircon naka install di kagaya ng iba then no guest bathroom tapos ang closet sa labas ng bathroom na lang nilagay parang masikip tignan kasi tapos pag nabasa. Masisira siya. May 35M. Na naka modern na. Siguro kong area ang pag uusapan siguro may bibili. Pero pag praktikalan. Siguro hahanap ng modern house ang bibili lalo na sa price pag babasihan. For my openion lang po. Funs po kasi ako sa mga house tour dahil dream ko soon.

Yes, I agree with what you’ve said. Muntik na namin bilhin yan bahay, because it was so nice in the picture. Decided na kami na bibilhin ang bahay. Good thing , sinabihan ako ng anak ko na mas marami pang bahay na mas loaded sa presyong 45M . Pati ang kitchen ng bahay na yan ay bare . No appliances. No A/C at all. No A/C in all rooms . I came to realize, napaka simple lang ng bahay. Not worth it 😅

I don't like the driver's room, we should be considerate with our household staff, ang hirap kaya umakyat ng ganyan at sobrang liit ng pool for a 45M price
dguinsify, I do agree with what you said about the driver's room having to climb those railings to get to his resting quarter. Quite unusual. Every time I see a house being shown on TH-cam in Php., I cringed when they show the helper's & driver's sleeping quarters. Some of them don't even have windows & the space of the room is like a closet. Have the owners or builders ever thought that these helpers & drivers are essential workers & need a decent space to rest?? Everything else in the house is spacious with lots of room to stretch yet they cannot afford to add just a little elbow to stretch for the helper's & driver's quarters. Unbelievable. Sorry for the rant.

Watching a lot of house tour got me a lot of knowledge and ideas about purchasing realty or building a new one. And this house I think has a unique layout, I'm more into layout actually. Mapapansin mo kasi sa mga houses here, halos same layout.
Tips: be more specific also on the quality of the things used in each of every house you are touring. Not just the door, tiles and cabinetry. Sabi nga ni Architect Oliver "Big Brain moves". WOW ang ganda ng bahay and i like the idea of putting the floor plan on screen kasi yung mga area na di nacover during house nakikita mo parin kahit sa plan lang. I was just surprised na walang powder room for guest sa first floor, na kailangan pang gamitin yung bathroom ng first bedroom or yung bathroom sa labas, medyo hassle lang if may guest ka but overall maganda yung property.

Marami na akong napapanood na house tour. Example na jan ang presillo. The price of this house is mahal siya 45M. Siguro kong naka modern wooden stair tapos naka DIY Glass railing tapos modern wood tiles ang ginamit sa ground floor. Okey ma siguro. Wala pang aircon naka install di kagaya ng iba then no guest bathroom tapos ang closet sa labas ng bathroom na lang nilagay parang masikip tignan kasi tapos pag nabasa. Masisira siya. May 35M. Na naka modern na. Siguro kong area ang pag uusapan siguro may bibili. Pero pag praktikalan. Siguro hahanap ng modern house ang bibili lalo na sa price pag babasihan. For my openion lang po. Funs po kasi ako sa mga house tour dahil dream ko soon.

As i see, ung Cabinet inside bathroom ay hndi naka enclose... Meaning to say, all of moisture from the shower area, Smell from the toilet when you poop? I don't like the driver's room, we should be considerate with our household staff, ang hirap kaya umakyat ng ganyan at sobrang liit ng pool for a 45M price
dguinsify, I do agree with what you said about the driver's room having to climb those railings to get to his resting quarter. Quite unusual. Every time I see a house being shown on TH-cam in Php., I cringed when they show the helper's & driver's sleeping quarters. Some of them don't even have windows & the space of the room is like a closet. Have the owners or builders ever thought that these helpers & drivers are essential workers & need a decent space to rest?? Everything else in the house is spacious with lots of room to stretch yet they cannot afford to add just a little elbow to stretch for the helper's & driver's quarters. Unbelievable. Sorry for the rant.
