Hey guys, sorry I messed up the edit. Had some technical issues and was running late for work. Did the best I could with what I had. I’ll post a short about it at least. 🙏🏽
Hey bro, kind of off topic: You have the best camera in a collectibles review channel, to my knowledge. I'm wondering could you tell me what it is exactly? AND I'm looking to do some drawing tutorials; is your camera good for that?
Well I passed my driver's test yesterday and my licence is coming in 2 too 3 weeks well I gotta say that this Iron Man model 1 in gold looks very cool despite the marbling issue that it has, However, I just might get the silver Model 1 Iron Man figure from last year and fantastic review Shartimus.
A bit of a deep cut here, but my favorite appearance of this armor in the comics is in Hulk: Gray #4. There’s a flashback where Tony tried to stop Hulk using this armor and he got absolutely destroyed by Hulk lol
Funnily enough I think my favorite moment from this armor was when Tony used it to battle his current armor which was stolen by a thief named Weasel Wills, that comic actually blew my mind since I had no idea Tony using older armors to beat his current ones went as far back as tales of suspense
The Toybiz figures are still killing it after all these years. The only thing missing from these Hasbro figures is that attention to detail with the painting. Their figures look too flat. You are not crazy Shartimus.
Hey shart, do you think they shouldve painted the figure a straight up yellow instead of the swirly gold? Yellow with some shading wouldve been more consistent I think.
I'm going to be honest, we really should've have high expectations with ML and I'm fine with that. I'm not expecting any paint at all, they're not that high quality in terms of figures. They're not SH Figuarts expensive so I hold them to a lower significant lower level. The least I expect is they pose well and they're durable. Paint and whatever is definitely out of their department for the most part. They're like the McDonalds of figures, are they that good? Nah, are they just fine as is? Yea they're the good but not exceptional. I don't personally fancy this armor, but I don't mind it at all. It looks fine as is from every shot I've seen. If we want high quality, ML really isn't it.
I actually remember the comic where Tony Stark painted the armor gold. He did it so he would not scare children. If I lived in the Marvel universe, I would be scared even if he painted the armor pink. I'd much rather live in Riverdale with hot chicks and malt shoppes.
Shartimus, not sure if you noticed but the stupid shading on this thing is only done on the front... it's so stupid, it cuts off so abruptly frmo the spots not visible from the front.... hating Hasbro on this

It's okay Russ! Thanks for letting us know!
It’s all good Shart!!

Having the eyes visible under the helmet kind of looks odd when you have Tony Stark head on while holding the helmet.
Really digging the drum solos with the articulation segments.

Love the beats over the articulation section 🤙🏽
and the posing action figs song is back too
@@fridayruizA classic 🎶
Hell yeah Shart it's always great hanging out with you!!
Can't wait to see Big Time Let Down Spider-Man again. Thank you for the review. I like this figure. But I agree.... needs "dope gold".

I just came across this wave at Target. Gold version of Iron Man is a must get for my armory.
Solid figure, the gold paint is looking great.
The toybiz one is still great 👍
Hey Shartimus!? 🤣 I love GOLD!!! What a Incredible looking, Retro Style Ironman Figure, Man! Very Informative and Entertaining. 😎😎👍👍
I plan on picking this up when it hits 20 and repaint it.
@shartimusprime you messed up the outro dude
You didn’t put the full rankings in just that Iron Man model 1 was last
Yeah I noticed the articulated mic on wasp, I wish they gave up a white antenna head for giant man instead of a beaker
I love this video. And also does anyone here knows how to fix a pin joint on a sh figuarts iron man mark 50 on the lower part of the knee.

Hate that they didn’t paint the lines all the way through on the belt, forearms, and ankle. Stops midway and makes the back look plain
Mine has the same lines on the helmet. Are they intentional or a defect? I've been telling myself it's battle damage to cope.
I have a question.
Which one do you like better, this one or the grey one?
They toybiz one looks more realistic but the ML one looks like metal in an old comic.
Dude I've never been this early that's crazy
Same
9:04 pls hasbro give us an avengers Hulk
Where is that rotating stand from???
MY OG AVENGERS ARE STEP STEP CLOSER TO COMPLETION
They didn’t continue the paint to the back of the figure, it literally just stops on the arms and legs☹️
No wave ranking?
Yeah, I'm not fond of what they did either on the chest paint.

Is that a glitch in the matrix?

Ya and if I recall, he got the idea from a girl who he was on a date with saying that Iron man should be more like a "Golden Knight" I believe
Lol
you repeated a scene twice, laughing out loud 😂
Actually this is the best evidence that hasbro is cheap 😂

This Hasbro figure looks terrible. Too bad paint costs so much more for Hasbro to use than it does for other companies.
Why is that anyway, is it because of their suppliers, or is their licensing fees too high?
@@xavierjuno4572 I was being sarcastic. It doesn’t cost Hasbro any more for paint then it does any other company, they’re just cheap af.
@@FREKKI oh my bad, I thought there was a genuine reason why they don't paint their figures all the way
