With a little polish (and a LOT of tone-down), Pissano would make an excellent playable character in the base game. Lore-wise he works fine as another weird Peppino clone. If you wanted to give him unique movement, I'd play off his spherical design and make him bouncy. Like instead of crashing into walls, you ricochet off them. Like 1:05 but without the springs.
