- Sorry if the editing is too over the top, I'm trying to use this video as basically a resume for a video editing application. Unless you liked the editing in which case it is a staple.
I didn't know about this until the video was almost finished but the creator of piss towel is also not a good person. The new team behind the finished mod say they're working without them, though, so I think that's good

That's pretty much how I felt for a good chunk of that middle segment ngl. There's nothing wrong with wanting to keep people informed but the way he went about discussing it felt a little off. I get that likely wasn't his intention and I don't think it's necessarily something he should leave out, I just hope from here on out that he treats any other topics like this with a little more solemnness

Some notes, I'm p sure Snick.exe was always called that, and the "Snick OC's" were also part of Pizza Tower's Dev-cycle in some way, that and Piss Towel technically falls under the "Repainted" series, even if unofficially.

the jumpscare thing sounds very annoying, your supertaunt is for emergency situations where you desperately need to kill something just out of reach, so having a spooky jumpscare take that cache for later away from you just so arent visually bombared with images just doesnt sound fun.
Well..in the sage 2019 demo supertaunts worked differently tho, you can only super taunt when u have a 3+ combo, and *CAN BE SPAMMED.*

The tumble in sugary spire is the thing you used to be able to do in 2020 demos of pizza tower

I'll leave ya with this: There many other mods, that are both creative and insane (in good and bad ways) in the Pizza Tower modding community
D3 (Demo3), Scoutdigo, Frenzy worlds, Eggs Lapping Mod, Cheesed Up, Greenhead and all of his mods that he manages to churn out in a surprisingly little amount of time, And hopefuly, someday, my mod, Lapping Plus which ive been making for fun.
I'd really recommend checking out some of these mods, the mods you covered today were... VERY old mods with not necicarily many tangible changes made to the game (with the exception of sugary spire, of course, and leaning nightmare, with the added bonus of them being on the old engine which is much less fun to play), and i dont see many people cover these patreon mods anymore.
The Pizza Tower Community really is, an enigma (Seeing as you discovered what happened with leaning nightmare and Piss Towel...)
So much creativity, and(surprisingly) controversy, people with ideas up the wazoo, amazing sprites, concepts, and coding skill
Honestly i wouldnt have it any other way

I know some people dont like the scoutdigo devs, but i cant really say anything on that, but the mod has a lot of effort put into it
EGGs lapping mod is great though for sure, great people and reworks the lapping stuff into something much more interesting in my opinion

Pretty decent video, though I'm not sure how I feel about the mention of Piss Towel. Also as a side note, I find it kinda funny that you say "Snick.JPEG" is renamed to Snick.EXE in Leaning Nightmare, despite the fact that his name was always Snick.EXE, even in the original demo.

There was a snake mod for the Sage demo but the lapping mechanic is just brutal. You can't find any secrets or save any toppins until you get the purple key which is at the start of the level during pizza time and the time limits are cruel.

The reason why pizzelle doesent infinitely wall run is because sugary spire is based on a pizza tower demo, and in some demo’s, you had to gain speed to wall run.

Fun fact: the leaked demo of sugary spire is actually just a leaked archive page of where the second demo was being made along with the p rank build, so the devs needed to scrap the new demo build and create a whole new one. Plus the p rank demo is so broken some levels don’t even fully work viewing them unplayable but surprisingly they will save your data from the first demo
And you start in a fun lil dev room upon loading up the game, only way to leave this room is the exit level button in the pause screen.
4:23 I found a video about a year or 2 before Pizza Tower released where a guy claimed he’d slapped together some modded stuff. turns out he’d leaked a bunch of assets from pizza tower and sugary spire. I’ll admit I did play it for about a day since I’d played the 2018 demo years ago and fell in love with it, but I got rid of it after I felt too guilty to keep playin it 😅
