yeah, there's drama surrounding some of the members being jerks but I don't really know the specifics of it, the only thing I really know about it is that some of the members mention it in the podcast that yeah some of the team just sucks because sometimes that's just how it be, (most of them that suck are probably going in the majority of the episodes) but again, if you hear someone you don't like on the podcast then just skip to another episode they aren't in and if they are in most of the episodes and you don't like it, don't continue listening to it if you don't want to listen to something you don't like or if you just don't care about the podcast and just hate members of the team that you find are complete douchebags and don't want to mess with anything they touched then that's also fine i can't give you a step by step plan as to how to avoid any of the members of the Homestuck team that there's drama around because i don't even know where to begin directing you, and i'm sorry that I can't, this is just extra stuff that you can consume at your own risk. don't wanna risk it because you're not comfortable with it? don't do it, stay as far away from it as you're cool with, i don't want to encourage you or anyone else to do anything you don't want to, again you do you, 's your choice (i'd say i hope this helped but I know it didn't, again sorry, just, stay safe and don't do anything you don't want to, the podcast was just a suggestion if you wanna risk it or don't care or don't know about the drama)
It doesn't really make sense either when you pick apart what the "Ultimate Self" means. I would argue it's not a homogenized conglomeration of the infinite alternate selves. Rather, it's an _average_ of the alternate selves across all of Paradox Space (which goes to show how flawed Dirk's character is, actually). The takeaway is, just as Ultimate Dirk is a villain to us, he is also a villain to the Dirk we knew in canonical Homestuck.
@@MrDarren690 well "ultimate selfing" is different for everyone depending on their class and aspect, we see daves ultimate self as seeing every possible timeline and end he couldve taken, whereas dirks was molding with the alternative selves. that of course results in an "averaging" of his personality, but he still is a conglomeration. we see this in the fact that candy dirk's existence was troubling to ult dirk, and caused him to regret manipulation of his friends, as candy dirk still cared for the people around him. however, after candy dirks death, ult dirk finally felt free of the guilt.
Things to remember: - Ultimate Dirk now has a young Dirk in Homestuck2 - There is a condese Reader out there for pesterquest 2 - Reader has a real name that we'll see in the future - Reader now has a weapon "Sword" so put him in smash Bros - The only thing that reset was pesterquest NOT friendsim so hiveswap and friendsim is still Canon to the main timeline - Reader is best character

It is hopefull, it means there is an actual way to change these kids' fate without leading them to a dead end. You could say it's edgy, since it completely changes the rules of this world. im... just so happy that my kids can finally canonically LIVE..... no more sburb no more andrew hussie no more deaths no more gods, it's just them, their friends, the world and growing up. they can finally have normal teenage drama, normal tragedies and fight for what they believe in without the imminent threat of time and existence and im so happy i could cry for the 50th time since i finished this route

I didn't even know it was possible to feel so many emotions within an hour the ending where the mspareader becomes the timeline's first guardian made me cry so fucking much, and I don't even know why the emotion around it, specially the fact that the mspar didn't even consider betraying their friends as an option made me fucking burst to tears this was a fucking ride, holy shit I feel numb after all that :^
I hate how the director is Hussie but if he took his self insert and made it a more important character who was literally god. Hussie only did, like, four important things in the comic, and most times he shows up he’s incredibly pathetic, like when he beat Scratch with a broom over and over. The Director takes her god qualities and uses them to become a Mary fucking sue. She is more threatening than Ultimate Dirk apparently. I don’t think Hussie would give off an aura of fear, more so an aura of pathetic energy. Director caused all of Pesterquest to happen, but Hussie, the creator of the whole comic, didn’t start anything important besides being the first to acknowledge the Ring of Life, taking back the disc and nursing Slick back to health. Hell, he outright dies and nothing important happens, like a universal collapse. I hate how a self insert is so important to the plot. I just want to get rid of her, rub her out of the narrative and change her with someone that isn’t a blatant Hussie clone but for Aysha U. Farah. The new director can do the same stuff, but I’d like her to not be a purple Hussie, since that makes it obvious, and also get rid of the parts where she has voice acting, because besides a few musical tracks, nobody has ever had a canon voice in homestuck, and this motherfucker is the only one to circumvent that? For shame. Personally, I’d make her look a bit more connected to that cue ball other than her color scheme being a double invention of Doc Scratch. Not an outright cue ball, but things like no face.

It means that it is a timeline of it's own. It is separated from the alpha timeline. This is MSPAreaders universe now. I believe this universe is where hiveswap takes place.

we really need a third story of this where everything will be alright and we just get to meet all the other characters we didnt in this like beta trolls, the cherubs, heck, maybe even 2busy4you and fedoraFreak and maybe they could even pull of a vast error and let fan made characters come in but instead of trolls humans as other humans played sburb haha also this will basically be 2 versions of 2 universes and 1 version of another fused into one weird bubble of reality so it'll be interesting

It means that it is a timeline of it's own. It is separated from the alpha timeline. This is MSPAreaders universe now. I believe this universe is where hiveswap takes place.
@@ogjew72 hiveswap take place before all of this (but same time as friendsim, In the 90's), it may have it's own timeline or be part of the original one, it all depends on if mspar action can be seen in the next act or not.
