Thanks, very beautiful. It would be interesting to know the name of the orchestrator. I would have liked a slight variation when the passage in quavers played by flute and harp is repeated. But that might be somewhat detailed and my opinion due to working on orchestrations of waltzes at the moment :-)

Sounds like chopin etude op.25 no.7
It is not the only thing that was changed. But it is okay to do so for an orchestration, as some things need to be adapted and changed to get a good result. For example for a short waltz on the piano you do not need necessarily an introduction, but for an orchestral version it might work better with an introduction. Sometime also voices are added, as was in this orchestration, because polyphonic elements make an orchestra piece more interesting (playing the melody the whole time in unison / octaves can be a bit tedious).

It is a key much more comfortable for the orchestra, more richful of harmonics too

instead of a triangle sound on the chords, why not a snare, many notes come together so the snare sound is proficiant

Is it just me?
I don't mean to be the fly in the ointment, but in my opinion Chopin's keyboard compositions are best left for solo piano. The orchestra is top notch. However, for me the music sounds corny, even commercial. Prokofiev, Stravinsky, Rachmaninoff beautiful: but please not Chopin in this configuration.
