Back when I was in college Chris was at Wichita State and our teams bowled at a tournament in St. Louis. He was already being noticed then. It's been fun watching his career go through it's phases. Now our sons including Parker's just recently competed at the Hoosier Classic.
Two great Hall of Famers who just so happen to be classy guys. I loved watching Parker and Chris over the years and still do. I hope you guys keep Bowling for a long time to come.
Man watching this match made me smile the whole time.. Makes me feel like a kid again to see these two veteran players going head to head! Now we’re just missing Walter ray, norm and Pete!
My childhood hero who got me bowling. Thank you Mr Bohn. I wished I still had the poster you signed for me when I was a kid when you came down to Singapore.
Parker has always had and still has a classic, smooth game. Love to watch Parker, Dale Davis, Earl Anthony, Mike Aulby bowl. Just always seemed like they were on come camera time. Nice to see this match.
Still love PB3's form. Chris has many technical points to learn from, but the one who gave me inspiration to bowl was Parker back in the 2000s and Belmo in the world tenpin master got me to bowl competitively.
I remember you guys mentioning that getting your hand under the ball was a timing thing. What should it feel like and when do I start it in the down swing?
Chris Barnes and Parker Bohn III are two great legends of this sport. I know you guys are going to be coming to Carolier lanes at the end of April I would love to challenge either one of you guys. Would you be up for it?
Chris (Stu) Is it more fun and entertaining to bowl another great in matchplay or just another matchup? It has to bring back, the younger years and memories.
You are going to think I'm nuts, but when I turned this on I thought I was looking at two of the same people! But what my brain was telling me is I'm looking at two equal goats! I really think that is what happend to me. my brain saw one person.im from buffalo and Tommy Baker is sort of a long time friend.im sure you know what a ball buster Tommy is it comes from the place were we all hung out the Roc Mar bowling center.you could have made a great movie from the characters we all were! Ask bakes if you see him.
@Beef and Barnzy Nah, it only happens in your backswing. I've been hearing that for years, even when you were young. Definitely the finger holes. Not sure if you use interchangeable thumbs or tape, but one of them is creaking
You and PB3 look like you haven't aged a day in your bowling form. I felt like I was back in the 90s for a minute. Great match
It’s amazing ain’t it.

These two have both been fun to watch over the years, super talented and just so good at shot making, congrats on the win.
True legends!! At 50+ your competitive spirits and love of the game still shine bright...love it!!
YAY! Go Barnzy! An excellent match from two of the best ever. Two class acts & great champions. Congrats Chris Barnes!
Can watch this forever. Seriously.
Two of my absolute favourite bowling gents.

Congratulations Chris. and great to see two bowling legends in you and PB3!
Damn you Barnzy! PB3 is my favorite bowler! Good match guys!

What a great match by two of the greatest ever !
Congrats, love the talking between you two. Great match.
Wow! What amazing battle! Thanks for sharing this with us!!!
Congrats, chris!
90's again
Both of you are still young man
Two professionals. Loved watching them go head-to-head.
Chris Barnes from Double Oak Texas
Getting the Job done!! Well done!!
Hey I thought that bowling alley looked familiar! I participated in the pro/am at plaza lanes a couple years ago and used to bowl league there
That was "Absolutely" brilliant to watch. Congratulations to both bowlers. They make it look easy and great bowling.
Glad you enjoyed it
this is what i like to see. need more of the legends :D
2 of my favorite bowlers of all time!!! 😁

You know it’s a sign of the times when these two greats talk about how many more hits their two handed sons get!
PB3,my favorite!
Cool to see how much fun you guys have bowling each other even in a title match
What a match it was this was at my local bowling alley great bowling by Barnes and parker!!
Dem mens is GOOD!
The legendary battles between these two legends
I remember you guys mentioning that getting your hand under the ball was a timing thing. What should it feel like and when do I start it in the down swing?
THANK YOU FOR THE FINALLL
Dang good bowling and fun to watch---just like the old days LOL
Nothing wrong with a friendly bowling match between two legends.
Happy Birthday Chris! We share the same day and year I believe. 02/25/70
It’s so crazy how the both have two sons that bowl. Righty 2 handers, and lefty’s
PB3 has the smoothest form of all time
Whats the finish on that Absolute? Doesnt look like box
I’m going to be honest. Interesting strategy that Parker let you finish on the left lane Barnzy
I assume Parker wanted the right lane. All things equal the choices usually to finish first.
Barnes still got plenty of power
congrats Chris!

You don't have a chance
😂
Doesn’t matter to me as long as I try
I’m getting the weight hole in the Alpha Crux plugged cause I want to use it again. At least for another 2 years until it starts to burn up.
You can get the oil out of the ball. I have a ball that's got to have over 1,000 games on it and it still gets my most reaction.
That’s impressive
What does peel mean? Congrats Chris!
Hook back!

Bowling the greats I idolized (and still do) has always been my favorite moments!
Parker been playing that same line since 1935
PB3 BEST
Plastic balls thrown straight at the spares? Guess the kids game isn't wearing off on you too much
So when is the video of the college kids going to bowl each other? Xd
It would be great to see bowling where half the field isn’t using a purple hammer

I miss the mustache!
That Storm Absolute looks absolutely terrible to me. Good thing Chris has talent.
241-236... Close match.
Anyone else hear Barnzy's bones creak every shot he takes ?
I think it was the approach, but it’s possible it was his bones haha.
Thats not his bones. Thats his interchangable thumb moving in the ball i believe.
Lol. “Bones” is a fair guess! But I think it was my shoe
@Beef and Barnzy Nah, it only happens in your backswing. I've been hearing that for years, even when you were young. Definitely the finger holes. Not sure if you use interchangeable thumbs or tape, but one of them is creaking
It’s his tight thumb hole. It’s always done that. Chris uses the tightest thumbholes imaginable. Minimizes squeezing
