same on the sentinel toybiz wise, i used to have most of the giant man but lost him in a move. man that series was hard to find. it was like 12 figures to build giant man.
omg have you seen the cobra modular fortress with trench viper? I managed to get a couple because well, its a 1/12scale playset for under 100bucks. It is also modular and you know I am always going to be down to collect something modular. I love the world building in GIJoe and really hope this playset is the first in a long line of great playsets to come. i am totally biast on this with no shame I love playsets and dioramas and am over the moon that we finally get one at a price I can afford! :) Hope your day is going as well as mine mate@ 😊
Yeah, GI Joe every now and then catches me. There is so much going on with them lately, I literally can't keep up. I need to up my playset game simply because I'm jealous of my friend that has an entire game room that he has his Joes in and blended that with call of duty. Look amazing!
At the end of the day, Hasbro is a big fat liar. The main point of the HASLAB is to give fans something that is too large and Premium to be sold at retail. The projects used a crowd funding model where customers had to pay upfront and receive the product a year later. Now all of a sudden they can offer the same scale products and not charge until the item is ready to ship. Seems to me that it could have been that way all along. Every figure that has ever been sold out as a pre-order, could have been a timed order release. U never had to worry about scalpers, bots or limited quantities because Hasbro has the ability to open the pre-order window long enough to produce enough product for everyone. They don't need to pay for molds, sculpting or licensing. I'm tired of all of the lies and excuses. I missed out on Serpentor, Dr. Mindbender, Major Blood, Cable, Jazz, Snarl, and some other characters from different lines. If Hasbro had made those figures available like DragonMan and the Sentinel, I never would have missed a thing. I guess kids beat me to the product.... How many kids do u think have a Pulse membership?

Quoting what something is selling for on ebay is not logical because if they are still for sale after years on the market it means nobody is buying them at that price .
Actually it is very logical, it's the the floor price. No one is selling it for lower than $400+. Until the price adjust from that, it's what the market is for that haslab sentinel figure. People not buying it isn't a factor if the sellers don't care and will hold for the price they want.

@@thedrunkenprime9374 what dont you get that they are not selling ? Nobody is going to pay that so sooner or later they will have to drop the price or let them rot in the box . I buy stuff on ebay all the time and 99% of the time i never pay what they are asking and my message box stays full of offers . You can put any price you want doesnt mean anyone is going to buy it so its not a predictor of anything . If hasbro drops another galactus how much will they be worth then ,you said this in your vid and other channels have said ebay prices mean nothing as well . People will wait until the price is right for them so its the buyer that sets the price not the seller Ofcourse you have people who feed scalpers to get the first view or have insiders stealing products for them ...😒 but most of us dont .

@@thedrunkenprime9374 i can go there now and offer them $400 and i gurantee one will bite .
I don't support HasLabs at all. They don't have to exist. I really believe that the HasLab projects are done as a form of tax manipulation. Hasbro brings in large sums of money without giving any product. It makes profit margins look terrific to investors and board members. They don't take a deposit. They take the full amount and make u wait a year for product. I can't get behind it.
I'm still rocking my ToyBiz Sentinel and Galactus on my shelf. They are big enough for me

@Blind_Prime I still have that Giant Man too. There are several ToyBiz figures that are top notch even with the ball joints in the hips.
Like that it's not a haslab for sure and you're right, they will just milk this mold every time an xmen cartoon comes out.
Absolutely gonna be making this sentinel until the world ends😂😂😂
I ended up getting dragonman at the last minute. Hopefully it's good. I might save up and pick this up.
That's cool! I hope the dragonman turns out to be good for the people that wanted it.

I bet Hasbro will reuse these molds. I expect them to make multiple versions of this after the initial version ships.
Absolutely! It's good down the road to know this mold will reappear for people who missed out and not be behind a haslab paywall
