I use a uniphoxx, and I use this exact method, sometimes I use my collarbone/shoulder as an anchor point for snapshots 👍

Great video! Does it work similarly for shooting without tilting the catapult? Or you have to somehow compensate for the left or right dispersion due to the upright shooting giving you a horizontal error too?

Hi john hope you can answer this one for me .here goes. I'm left handed. hold the catty in my left hand draw catty with my right hand and close my right eye and aim with my open left eye.now I know this sounds daft but does this mean I'm left eye dominent basically I use an air rifle the same way left hand right eye closed and left eye looking down the scope.hope you understand what I'm saying lol love your mini advice tips mate and how's keiro he must be about 3 years old now would be nice to see you and doggy on the mooch more.all the best take care☺
What size ss balls is best for mostly target but occasionalb pest control.
Both straight 25mm, and a 20-30mm set up.
May rig up a double band too

For the love of GOD Im doing everything you say doing OTT method and the more Im trying the worse Im getting,??. Yesterday i didn't do to badly but today Im even missing the catch box. One min there going up, next to low, then too far right. If anything Im getting the spinner by chance. Ive watched all tour videos maybe its time to give TTF a go. Am that pist off Im having a beer!!!!
This also can use for long shooting? Like 18meter, also use a same reference point?
When shooting do you also have to compensate for weather conditions like wind 🤔
I find that you stand as though you are shooting clays and use both eyes open it really improves your accuracy

I can repeatedly hit a can at 10 pacesbut after that it gets a bit touch and go its the finer details that always seem to let me down i tend to use the top of y cheekbone as anchor point
Any tips or advice please: I hold with the left hand and draw with the right hand this feels the most stable stance for me but my issue is I have blur and double vision in my right eye so I have to have close it and use my left which means when I use my folk tip has a reference it shoots to the left so I'm having to overcompensate which means I'm using the outside of my index finger has a reference point which doesn't feel like a very defined reference point for consistency which is very frustrating because I can hit targets but I need to be more accurate if I want to take out live targets.?
Hi Man! Big up from Italy! I’m faced with a big problem at the moment. I hold the slingshot comfortably with my right hand but am left eye dominant. What should I do? I tried holding the slingshot in my left hand but it just didn’t feel right. Hope you can help me out! Thanks and have a wonderful day John
Any tips on keeping the slingshot "parallel" to meaning the forks are even..for now I am kinda going by feel...how the tension feels on the bands. so far so good but I think sometimes that changes my accuracy.

Do you lower your anchor point the further the target is away (to hit bullseye) or do you always keep your anchor point the same, regardless of the target distance (and just aim higher)?

Hey John I ain't shot using bands before and want to start using them how do I find the right bands for me I dont quite understand bands I've always used looped tubes
rsturb01984 Hi buddy, there are that many Catapults bands on the market now it’s really hard for anyone to say what would suit you best as it’s a constant debate across forums and groups as to “which band is best”.......
All I can advise is do your best to try a vary of different types before you settle on one - cheers

Hi john the bands are not available here in India I use loop tubes is there a difference between bands and loop tubes when it comes to the accuracy and what size is the pouch got to be
Eunice Hearn I’m not John but from what I know tubes are good for speed shooting and close range.. from far range tho tubes aren’t good. Flatbands will have a better accuracy from long distance. The pouch shouldn’t be too big or it will hit your hand
