Hey man, whats up!!! Amazing work, my friend! We love how you always go far and beyond with the models! That beast is something to behold! Love the colors and all the small details you put on it. Hope to see your next masterpiece soon and muchas gracias for all the love, amigo!!!
I've used a pistol grip for years, I just didn't have one on hand. I have a mini HVLP gun that I use for motorcycle tanks but the pressure needed for that thing would've blown a hole in the filament.
Absolutely incredible! Galactus and Silver Surfer are two of my favorites! You did an amazing job. Thank you for the months and months of hard work on this!
Awesome sculpt, to begin with. Wicked really rocks! But the quality of your print and your prep and paint is absolutely first-class! It does my heart good to see this huge guy. Congratulations! Consistently great work. You, sir, are an artist!
That looks absolutely incredible sir, you should be very proud of that. I can't imagine the amount of man hours you put into that but your hard work really paid of. I love your channel and it's been a huge help for some of my side resin projects I've been doing. Keep up the great work man!
Fantastic build and paint! I regret that I can only give one thumb up. Recently started using molitow chrome. What would be the best method to seal a piece and maintain the luster?
Need to get yourself one the airbrushes with the squeeze trigger like form doing the vehicles!.I know your pain I got ine them iwata ones that have the paint gun like set up! Great investment!
amazing, if I had 500/700$ would u buy 1 new resin printer like the new fast 12k or 2 older models, print on both same time ,?? for this kinda work you do, large prints. thanks and how much resin do the avg bigger statue take , in liters? like 40cm tall
Honestly I haven't used the new 12K printers yet, but I don't see much difference in print quality. Galactus was mostly FDM and only the head, arms, SS , hands were resin, so it didn't take much. Maybe 2kg.
@@TheCreativeCollector thanks, might get 1x12k then, less space then 2 Saturday 2 , and it seems it can print around 1.5 to 2x as fast. iv seen ppl say the m5s is the better one rn vs saturn 3 ultra , as it have auto bed levelling. I do tho see one say it had voxel lines on smaller prints but im guessing on larger items like big stature its not a issue, I would guess. also can you do the punisher ones you have, all over the place, on 2 liters resin also?
Absolutely outstanding work! Curious as to how much the either approximate or guestimated cost was spent in the printing resin itself?? Just brilliant all around.
Most of it is FDM with only a few parts resin so it wasn't much. All in all I think I have about $400 in materials in it. The labor is another story. lol
I usually don't add magnets but you can pre drill the magnet size in chitubox with the right diameter you need for the magnet. I would use some epoxy resin to glue the magnet in the hole.
Apologies if you already know this, don’t mean to teach how to suck eggs as they say! But in regards to the silver surfer, the black gloss base will give a duller kind of Matt metallic finish, as you found out. But a white gloss base makes it more of lighter metal look. Not sure if it would still be the dismissed look you would be looking for. But it is lighter more silvery finish with the white gloss base colour
Just like me! I print print print and never think through where the final product is gonna be displayed. And curious cats limit the placement even more! 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
You have to tag @theextremechannel .. he would go crazy, he’s a Hugh silver surfer fan and a giant statue collector . I’m sure he will be shocked to know this is 3d printed!!

This would be like $3K from Sideshow! Very nice well done Sir!
the paintjob is over the top, cheers
Absolutely incredible! Well freaking done sir!
Thank you. Means a lot coming from you. Big fan!
Brilliant Artwork and loving the Silver Surfer, really a magnificent piece .😎👍👍
Wow! I am exhausted just watching this video. lol. Amaizing work as usual. Can't wait to see you do the latest Wicked Daredevil diorama! 😁
Amazing work on the model, Galactus is a major center piece project. Keep up the hard work
Can't believe you did all of that without a pistol grip shaped airbrush. My finger would've fallen off bro. Great job. That is an amazing project.
Trust me...I bought a pistol grip after this one.
@@TheCreativeCollector It is a significant QoL upgrade. If you have always used a traditional airbrush you will love it.
I've used a pistol grip for years, I just didn't have one on hand. I have a mini HVLP gun that I use for motorcycle tanks but the pressure needed for that thing would've blown a hole in the filament.
@@TheCreativeCollector That definitely wouldn't have been optimal.
So much work but man does it look great. You the man.
Thanks 👍
that thing is crazy!!!
Great, great, fantastic!!! I loved!! Congratulations!!

Thanks dude!
Great achievement!🎉

Thanks a bunch!
great job as always my dude!
Appreciate it!
Congratulations, it turned out great!
Thank you.
Awesome work! Thanks for sharing your process. Looks great!
Could you make a video showing you 3d printing it in more depth sanding & gluing parts ?
I may do that in the future.
This is fantastic! I'd be curious to see the process of scaling something up to this kind of size
That's huge! Awesome job!
Big thanks
Ever consider taking your stuff to WonderFest? I was just there this year and your stuff can definitely compete.
That looks absolutely incredible sir, you should be very proud of that. I can't imagine the amount of man hours you put into that but your hard work really paid of. I love your channel and it's been a huge help for some of my side resin projects I've been doing. Keep up the great work man!

I dont seal it.
Amazing!!!! love your models!!!
Thank you so much!!
Beautiful job man👌
Thank you!
First off holy crap that’s amazing. Second where’d that Deathstroke model come from? Please tell me that’s an STL?!
That one is from Prime 1. It's a 1/3 statue they came out with a few years ago.
@@TheCreativeCollector I was hoping you weren’t gonna say that hahaha. Either way it’s awesome. Can’t wait to rejoin the group.
can you do a video with your FDM settings, like how you did a video for Resin Settings. Thanks CC
That's something I'm looking into. I don't do much FDM printing but I'm starting more soon.
Instead of gluing have you considered “filament welding”?
I have but that really only gets the outside part. Because of the weight I needed to get it to bond solid.
Need to get yourself one the airbrushes with the squeeze trigger like form doing the vehicles!.I know your pain I got ine them iwata ones that have the paint gun like set up! Great investment!
I just got one! Wish I had it sooner
amazing,
if I had 500/700$

Couldn't help but notice the deathstroke in the background. Where did you get that file?
Oh that's from Prime 1. 1/3 scale statue

i couldnt even tell ist wasnt all resin printed until you pointed out that it wasnt all resin printed
Incredible! What brand of paint did you use for the blue and purple metals?
Createx
amazing piece, how do you add magnet into hollow model?
I usually don't add magnets but you can pre drill the magnet size in chitubox with the right diameter you need for the magnet. I would use some epoxy resin to glue the magnet in the hole.
Did you finish colossus and juggernaut?
Not yet. Working on them now.
Where did you get the file for the hill right behind galactus?
Not sure what hill you're asking about.

Thanks man. I'll definitely try that out.
How big is your printer?! That’s amazing!
It's a pretty good size. Of course I printed this in smaller parts
@@TheCreativeCollector could you print that on a elegoo Saturn or need something bigger?
You might be able to fit it on a Saturn. You'd just need to see about the Z axis height though
Would a Saturn print most of your marvel characters. And what size do you normally print your models in. And absolutely love your channel
This is amazing!! I just wanted to ask for Galactus which printer did you use for both the resin and the filament parts?
For FDM I used the Creality CR10 and for resin I used the Linant Deck
what color purple is that,
its amazing
It's from Createx
@@TheCreativeCollector thank you
Un trabajo apoteósico y magnífico. Felicidades!

Crazy, do you take commission ?
Not at the moment. Sorry
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Which machine did you use to print him?
hi what clear coat you use?
Krylon Color Maxx flat
Lol...that's the price of climbing high mountains... once you go up, you gotta climb back down! I'm sure somebody will take it off your hands.
I plan on keeping it
Deathstroke video ? 👀
That's a statue from Prime 1 I've had for years.
@@TheCreativeCollector You broke my heart, I thought it was for a video, hopefully there will be one in the future
Is this fdm or resin print
Both
Pssht
..can't believe you didn't do him life-size.
Lol
🤣🤣🤣
i feel sorry for the shelving unit your putting this on, if its not welded to the wall before hand lol
Oh it's standing on a podium big enough for it. lol
