@Stevenjones2371 That's incredible-building a life-size R2-D2 sounds like such an epic project! I can only imagine how much the scale hits you when you're working on something that big. Would love to see how it turns out! Hopefully this video helps with some of the smaller details of your build! Good luck!
@@flatman9 Glad you Liked it! I used mostly paints from Monument Hobbies ProAcryl line. I will add a list of the paints used to the description! Thank you!
WOW~!!! Your content is quite a match with our brand's service and application scene~ Would you like to try our metal 3DPrinting service and test our materials?
I love it, but I feel like you need to dirty them up. Part of what made the Star Wars universe so believable was that it looked like it was ‘lived in’. There a not many scenes in the saga that include a clean and polished Artoo and Threepio. I feel like the paint job is 70% done. Other than that great work!
@@aviatordan82 Haha I fully agree, I wanted to keep them clean for a bit, will probably do another video, where I go over all my statues that need to be properly weathered and fully finished, Thanks for sharing feedback appreciated!
Also get rid of the AI voice over . IT IS ANNOYING ! I will sub when you do your own it adds so much life to the video and you get to know the creator . This just makes it feel like another video just cluttering up my feed.
@Curtisnewton895 Thanks for your feedback! I appreciate you checking out the video. If this one didn’t quite hit the mark for you, feel free to check out some of my other videos-like Gamora's on her Green Slime Base or Cyclops standing on the Sentinel Head. You might find those more exciting! 😊
@@AstroVision3D Sorry. I sounded rude. I'd just prefer to hear an actual person. Even if they mumble or have a lisp. Even if they speak with a thick Russian accent. I appreciate the time it takes to write, record and edit these videos, and you don't deserve to have some tool like me wave it all aside with an off hand quip. :)
@ Haha no problem at all, my friends have been saying the same thing about the AI voice, so it’s understandable, will try doing my own voice over eventually, we will see how it goes🤷♂️ lol
Looks cool 👍👍
Thank you! I appreciate the support, check out my other videos!
Absolutely loved this video, just subscribed
Thank you very much, still learning and always trying to improve to make better content, check out my other videos if you liked this one!
I’m almost done building a life size R2 when you do this you actually realize the scale of the build

Brilliant job.

Thank you for reaching out, I will contact you by email regarding your proposal! Could be interesting to try your services!
where exactly did you get the file frim?
The Model was created by StarWars3D Models, I attached a link in the description.
I would have gone with a darker shade of blue the blue you used on R2 was a little bit too light.
Yeah I definitely could have gone a bit darker if i wanted to match it exactly, but i just really liked the way this Ultramarine blue popped!

Great job. I'm just finishing my printing as we speak. Do you have a colour list of the ones you used so I have ideas of what I need.
There are plenty of scenes where they are clean. Everybody scuffs them and dirties them. It is nice to see them clean for once.
@@flatman9 Thank you! I added a list in the description! Good luck with your project, hope this video helps!
The TTS narration detracts from the video in the worst way.
Thank you for your feedback, will try to improve the narration in future videos!
"blow your mind" how ?

The AI narration is bad.
Thank you for your feedback, I will look into alternatives options and try to improve the narration and content overall!
God, I hate listening to Ai.
Thank you for your feedback, will possibly try to make a change in the future, still getting comfortable putting these videos together!
