My favourite is definitely the shadow of the die cut as a stencil. It looks so good! Thanks for all the tips - im sure they will all come in handy ❤

Your glue dot hack is pure genius. It's so simple now that you demonstrate it and I smack my forehead wondering why I didn't think of it....of course I'm not a crafting genius!...so there's that! Thanks Lou

I wish I had known that tip when I made a very detailed card for my daughter in law, and realised too late that I had put it on upside down. I'd done it on a separate piece and really stuck it down with tape and wet glue 😲 and I couldn't take it off without damage. Thankfully, my daughter in law has a great sense of humour and saw the funny side. She told me that I made unique cards and that she had kept every one from me over the years.

Using the negative of a die cut to colour is my fav. Such a simple and wonderful idea. Thanks

My favorites are turning over the die cuts and heating the double sided tape.
I didn't know about heating taped card to get it off. Very useful 😊
Love the foil embedded in the card stock and using the waste of a die cut for a shadow layer.
My favourite hack was using the leftover card from the butterfly as a stencil. The adding of the colour was an amazing hack and totally changed the look of the actual die cut ✂️ x
Reheating the glue gun dots was new to me- I’ll definitely give it a try!

Hi Lou haven’t ever seen the hot glue hack. Seems great and also the one with the foiling. I never even realised that foiling was indented or debossed in that way. Ha ha. Thanks!

The glue gun "glue dots" is simply brilliant and #9 for cutting intricate dies....another one that I did not know about!!! Loved all but the two I had never heard about are #1 and #9 and I am so excited about trying them out! Thanks so much for sharing!

My fav and one I’ve already used with great success is turning intricate die cuts over and running thru the machine “upside down.” Why didn’t I think of that!!

I love the foiling hack, I'm going to use it straight away! The glue is great, too. I always have loads of wasted glue so I won't be throwing it out any more. I thought I'd try heating up the packaged glue dots a good while back. It worked great and now I do it all the time when I just need a little glue.

Thanks for sharing these great tips,I have just started using the eraser on new stamps and definitely a game changer!.I have a great tip if in UK,Poundland have a white glue pen (haz to be the white not clear) Wow it stays tacky,So I can mask,foil and glitter,and because it's a chisel top you can write with it 😍

Love them all…can’t believe I never thought of using the negative to add color behind die cut. BTW…when I used to have access to C&C you were “hot glue Lou”…perfect.
I’d never seen the hot glue dot tip that is genius, I’ve never been told to die-cut upside down I’m going to try that on a few I’ve struggled with in the past!! I’ve never tried to embedded foil cardstock hack but ai saw you do it before and have been meaning to do it myself so credit goes to you even though it wasn’t from this video, and I’ve never thought of or seen the idea for using the die-cut waste as a stencil to color in behind the die if you don’t have the solid outline die to match, that is also just genius.

What a great lineup of hacks! I bought a heat gun about a year ago that I haven't used, now I'm going to try making the glue dots, without fear of the strings ruining a project. Also, I used that hack for die cutting the other way around recently, and it worked brilliantly.

Hello Lou from the Netherlands. Number 8 is my favorite, because I dont have any shadow dies.... and the color is funtional too. Love it!
I've been coloring my glue dots with alcohol inks and glitter so it's awesome to have another use for them!

I do like the hot glue dot idea. Sometimes I need to put the hot glue gun on just the adhere 1 thing in place and it always puts me off (I don't really have a suitable place to put the glue gun to cool down, also, for 1 small job it's time consuming).
I'm now thinking I could put my silicone mat on a tray and make glue dots while watching TV- bonus, glue gun can sit on the tray afterwards to cool down 😊

Your fabulous hacks are all helpful! My favorite was the foiling tho… it really works well and saves tons of $$, and space in my craft room that would be needed for another tool and plates👍🏻👍🏻. Love your videos, TY!!🧑🏼🎨😀

Tip #10 for conditioning stamps - I have been doing this for as long as I can remember! Takes only seconds, works like a charm, and is far superior to other methods! Here in the USA, the best eraser I’ve found for this is called Magic Rub.
