I'm very excited about this looks really what I want for me and son..wow..great news..are they warm? still want a stove..so water supply tanks are out the back..electrick would be ok for cooking. and good insolation wow.em are they had tanks out the back..?we don't want gas..but come on this is what I'm looking for..child safe and once there is no problems with condo station..yes bath two bed. not too modern inside..😁🙏😎
About 10 years ago you could've had a container home for a fraction what they are today. These containers used to be very very easy to get but now it's incredibly expensive because of all the middleman companies involved. We used to buy these directly from shipping yards....good luck with that anymore.
@@templeton3504If you live near an international shipping port, you can still do just that. I live near one myself and priced some 40ft trailers recently. If I go through the port, I'm looking at around 2,200 roughly, for a used but still shipment worthy 40ft. If I go through a distributor about 3 hours west of me, that sells them 3rd party, those same trailers are around 4,500 each. Just have to do some shopping around. Helps too if you know someone that has a tractor trailer (or in my case, my own) that can haul the trailers for you.
