Bill, you never cease to bring pleasure to me. This is a first rate documentary. I've experienced many Canadian wilderness fishing trips. We seldom recorded our adventures, but we did save some, and I think I'll break out those old VHS tapes and experience them again. I too was the camp chef and took pride in my offerings. I know how much better a prime rib roast tastes 100 miles from nowhere on the shores of a Canadian lake, and how incredible an 8 lb. Brown Trout prepared with just butter, salt, and pepper, wrapped in tinfoil and put on a hot grill screwed to the gunwhale, within 2 minutes of coming in the boat can be. Your video brought back those memories to me, and I will likely not have the chance to go back again. So I thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your adventure.
WOW I don’t have words enough in my vocabulary to describe the enjoyment I have had just watching this video. I have been watching you cook camp hunt and fish for a good while now. But I think this video helps me to understand the love you express for the great outdoors. Hope you keep making your videos and I will surely keep watching. Blessings from NC and I wish you and yours a Merry Christmas. May God continue to bless you do be able to do what you enjoy.
That's good stuff. You have been blessed with friends & memories that some people could only dream of. I find it intriguing that you captured your early action adventure's by film. Inspiring to say the least. Full speed ahead, dont ever slow down Ole Buddy !
Bill, an absolutely fabulous story. What it would be to be where few have never been before. Amazing from Ecclesiastes; 1-7 All streams flow into the sea, yet the sea is never full. To the place the streams come from, there they return again.
Watching this video for probably to tenth time I wanted to ask you something. These remote wilderness lakes only accessible by plane. How did these fish get there? Are they brought in by plane and dropped in the lakes?
John, most all of these lakes have numerous streams running into them and draining out. The fish simply migrate through the vast network of waterways. There is probably some stocking in certain locations but most likely not in remote areas.
This is Heaven Bill. Absolutely beautiful. I am pleased you have filmed this place.
I cried...beautiful
Thank you connie. This is such a magical place. Thank you for taking time to watch!
