Excellent video especially because you showed how complicated the exit out of Val Mesdi is. it is technical, steep, and gnarly, with varied snow conditions. Very few videos show this part. In March 2024, alpine guides had mentioned that the exit was the hardest part, and watching this, and I saw the exit from Colfsoco area across from the stream bed, it’s confirmed, the hardest part of Val Mesdi is the final 5% of the entire route! Thanks . Val Lasties is similar, the bottom 2/3rds was very technical and complicated in March 2024.
I made in the 1987 with poor snow and a lot of fog till down the canal. Much more better Forcella del Sassolungo untill Santa Cristina and Val di Lasties.
