    Damn, those are some PRO-LEVEL CHORDS here. MaK from FlushValve would be proud.
    (I love the piece, by the way)

    This is a beautiful piece. I love how I get the sense that it has these layers that are distinct yet come together in a beautiful way. I can expect nothing less from someone who makes such wonderful videos revealing such a high degree of musical knowledge and understanding.

    could he have written it using musescore or typeset it into musescore.
    just asking

    • @samuelwnovak
      @samuelwnovak 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Not sure if you’re being comedically ironic but, if you aren’t, he’s actually head of design at MuseScore and played a huge role in the new typesetting and fonts in 3.6. No, really! 😹
      He narrates all the videos talking about the updates in 3.6, too, fun fact.

      Maybe the question is whether or not the piece was "composed" in directly musescore, or if he did it by hand first, then typeset?

    • @ayior
      @ayior 3 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      Thought so at the beginning, but its growing on me as it's playing... though I've realized I can only appreciate classical music when it has been explained to me and I've seen his video on this so that might be why (not implying you are like that, too)

    • @wj11jam78
      @wj11jam78 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's not something I'd personally sit down and listen to leisurely. For me it's more of a curiosity. Sometimes I'll listen to his songs but I have to actually pay attention to get anything out of it, otherwise it's just noise. Which is fine, it's just a different sort of music and listening experience.
      It's perfect for his videos though.

      I like some of the aspects of the music, it feels meditative. I don't like how he in this piece just spams low 3-4 note piano chords, i hate that kind of resonance
