I have a problem can someone help please! I did step by step like in a video but after 5 frame my F balloon "escape" bindings and continues inflation independently. How i can fix that? Thanks!
Can we animate this event? I wantt to simulate an airbag and I want to show how it will be filled by air and also how it will be made empty... I think your toturial is a good refrence for me can I Create something like that i said?
I followed your tutorial step by step, but my balloon isn’t smooth as yours and it has also imperfections that penetrates into the others objects, what am I doing wrong?
TyFlow has been updated a lot since I made this. Best solution is to enable cuda cloth if you have tyFlow pro. If not, tweaking the inflation and steps settings is the only way

Is there a way to save an animation in tyflow?... i wanna save the frames so i dont have to wait calculate all the simulation everytime i open my proyect
@@RedefineFX hello again and thanks for helping... I exported my particles and disabled tyflow..but my mesh isn't there...I am able to select it and when I do that y can see the animation keys...but I don't know how to see the mesh...what should I do?
I don't think this works in Max 2021 and newest tyFlow... I follow your tutorial step by step but it doesn't subdivide the object and inflation is all wrong as well. Any ideas?
Things change as tyflow gets updated but the subdivision should work fine and the rest you might just need to boost the inflation force and tweak the settings a bit...
Hi, I can't get this to work. I tried everything (changing frame steps/solver steps, subdivide, inflation force, ...) and the result is really bad. I think this might be due to the size of my letter F. Can you tell me what's the size of your objects in the scene ? Or are you able to post this scene so I can try it out and see if it works on my pc ? Thanks ! :)
If you have tyFlow pro, just enable cuda cloth and it’ll work much easier. This scene was in cm 1 unit = 1cm so look at the size of my letter compared to the grid size to get an idea of scale. Make sure you raise the sim steps pretty high
Can't get it right. In the video the grid is only visible for a few seconds and I tried to determine the size of the letter F (I guess it's around 1.5cm) and copied all the values you have for the effect, to no avail. It just won't work :/ I really want want to know how to get this working before I move one to another video...
Okay, I finally got something that's looking more or less alright. I made the geometry way bigger than it was and that seemed to do the trick. My only question left is: how do you know what the size of your geometry needs to be to get the desired effect ? Is it trial and error ? Or are there certain rules to follow ? Thanks ! :)
I almost lost my mind, i was tried to follow the tutorial 2 days now and try to find why dowes not work in my case. Unfurtunatelly The Subdivide Operator does not work in Max2021......
Wish all tutorials short and informative like yours Thank u 🙏
Thanks!
You are one of the coolest TH-camrs for FX out there!!
Yay thanks much 😊
amazing tool, Ty flow is the future for 3ds max!
I totally agree!
BEST GUY ON tyflow TUTS . Arigato amigo
Thanks so much again for great insights. :) Merry Christmas!
You have no idea what you're doing to us. Thank you!
Thanks Redefine FX! Always with good tutorials!
Thank you!
Awesome! More of these sir. :)
The Best... As Always
Thank you very very very much.
You’re welcome!
Thank you Jesse. Plan to try this on a few ideas. 😊
Straight to the points ... no gimmicks! Love you bro... thanks!
Thank you very much
Amazing tutorial.
Professional, short and sweet 👌
The full trifecta I strive for. Thank you 😄🙌🏻
Love your tutorials. They are very concise and full of great tips. THanks!
Thank you!
Great tutorial Jessie .. as always!!
Another great tutorial. Keep em short and sweet.
Thanks for the vid Jesse
Another great tutorial! Short and to the point. Thanks so much Jesse!
You are great man, I really appreciate it. Amazing tut
Thanks 🙌🏻
Bravo!!!
Спасибо! Ты лучший!
oh yeah, i was waiting fot this one, thanks
Thankyou very much...🔥😍
amazing video but can i ask why didn't you use the cloth modifierand preferred tyflow?
just because tyflow is more exciting
Thank you, you are the best
Holy shit... 10/10 thanks dude
you are my favorite 🙏
Haha I’m glad thanks
Thanks...
awesome!
Follow and look forward to your updates every day!
I’m very grateful to have your support 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
I created mulitple letters. How can I keep them from intersecting with each other?
you need to use the cuda cloth solver which is much better for collisions
Hey would you please show how to apply texture after doing in destruction in any object please
It’s very simple just gotta change the material ID for voronoi fracture
RedefineFX would you please show this in tutorial in detail !! Please
When I follow this tutorial with my own scene how come when I add subdivide it does nothing in tylow?
Didnt make the text an ediable poly. All sorted
@@FerociousSimplicity thank you for that
Thx, mate
great
why do we tight the rings? can't we leave them as is and the balloon will inflate around them?
Yes you can. I mainly scale them down because in the beginning they can't intersect the cloth.
@@RedefineFX thanks a lot for the awesome tutorial and the reply back
Hey your tutorial are amazing man 🙌... I follow every of them... just to say can you make on tornado using Phoneix fd??
Thank you. Noted 😉

Enable cuda collisions in the cloth bind operator

@@lucvw1975 for abstract stuff like this it's entirely trial and error. For real-world based fx, stick to real world scale.

Ótimo.
I recreated it step by step, but unfortunately the cloth and pressure behavior is completely different. I am using v0.16099

Please make it pop tutorial and fall to the ground
All fine till that 1 subdiv. My laptop would just crash no questions asked. :(
Yeah just lower it incrementally to be safe
