材料:2颗洋葱、去籽小米辣椒、1把香菜、5个鸡蛋、1茶勺盐、2勺酱油、少许胡椒粉
1)把洋葱、小米辣椒、香菜切段切片
2)鸡蛋加入1茶勺盐搅拌均匀
3)热锅热油,把鸡蛋倒入先定型炒至微焦取出备用
4)锅留底油,倒入洋葱爆炒,加入香菜、小米辣椒&鸡蛋,2勺酱油、少许胡椒粉一起快速翻炒均匀即可❤️
